Over the weekend, the most recent episode of WWE's Most Wanted Treasures aired, featuring Sgt. Slaughter searching for artifacts from his own career as well as the career of his rival, The Iron Sheik.
During the episode, footage of The Sheik from The World Wrestling Council in Puerto Rico is briefly shown, which would be the first time since acquiring that library in October 2018 that material from WWC has made its way onto a WWE TV broadcast.
Note: We have been told a small clip from WWC also popped up in the Kane appearance on Steve Austin's Broken Skull Sessions episode, which streamed on the WWE Network. So, the A&E episode would have been the first WWC content on a broadcast on TV as opposed to streaming.
