Considering all the risks AEW seems to take (barbed wire, explosions , tacks, lights out etc), how long before they start using light tubes?

I wish I could say never but given the risks that Tony Khan likes to let his talents take, I just can't.  I hope never though.  And I hope he bans the blade.  It's totally irresponsible on his part to let his talent blade the way that he does.

Subscribed a couple of days ago to Peacock's Premium to get the full WWE Network. Is it just me or do you find navigation and placement of collections very vague and hard to find? It appears whoever is programming the WWE section doesn't have the slightest wrestling knowledge.

It's not just you.  It's very clunky right now and it's shows how last minute the deal was put together.  I hope it improves.  I expect it to.  Then again, it probably can't get worse.

Has Tony Khan ever explained why Private Party is fine with their arrangement with Matt Hardy? Hardy's stealing a third of their money and instead of trying to get out of their contract they're now fine with him screwing them out of their hard earned income? And they willingly do his bidding? I mean five seconds of explaining that he's giving them some sort of incentive or percentage of their money back to become heels would at least explain their behavior. Did they do this? Did I miss it? Or is it just lazy booking again?

Apparently they said somewhere, maybe Dark, that since they are making more money now they are OK with it.  But yes, it's absolutely (more) lazy booking.  I wish I could say that AEW is a well booked show but I don't lie.

It’s 2021 and Vince McMahon has Bruce Prichard and John Laurinaitis as two of his understudies. Prichard is past his prime in terms of today’s wrestling and Laurinaitis only talent is agreeing with everything Vince does. Why is Vince so afraid of being challenged? Is he so insecure and sensitive to new ideas and criticism that he needs to be protected by out of touch yes men especially when most of his creative ideas suck.

I can't speak to his mindset since I don't know him but what you said certainly seems to be true.  The creative is just not good and Prichard is in charge of it.  With that said, Vince has the final say on creative and being older guys, they are probably thinking they can't change his mind anyway so why get in the line of fire.

Is Vince McMahon allowing Steve Austin to interview Jericho on Austin Podcast his way of saying I don’t consider AEW a threat at all?

Provided there is not something crazy in play, such as Vince not knowing Jericho worked for them, it sure would seem that way.  Him allowing NXT to be moved to Wednesday however definitely tells me that he doesn't see AEW as a threat.
