UPDATED IMPACT WRESTLING AUDIENCE - INITIAL AUDIENCE REPORT WAS INCORRECT

By Mike Johnson on 2021-04-01 11:00:00

Yesterday, we reported that Impact Wrestling's audience for their final Tuesday episode on AXS was way, way down and would have been their lowest number of 2021, unless, as I pointed out, there was some sort of error.

PWInsider.com learned this morning that there was indeed an error.

The episode was actually up, bringing in 148,512 overnight viewers.  That would be up from the 116,000 that they brought in the week before.

The 18-49 demo was in the 0.04 area that the series has been regularly doing.  We are told that puts the episide at 136th for the evening in the top 150 shows that night.

The episode was headlined by James Storm vs. Eric Young in what was billed as Storm's 1,000th match for the promotion, featuring a tribute to the late Bob Ryder.
