For those who have asked, Charlotte Flair is not at tonight's Raw. There was talk over the weekend that she might be appearing on this week's edition of Smackdown. Flair's disappearance from TV the last several weeks was not related in any way to the Andrade situation.
As we have noted in recent weeks in the PWInsider Elite section, the plan has been for Rhea Ripley to be on the heel side when she debuts tonight.
Correction 4:45 PM EST: Orton is at tonight's Raw. Initially his segment was to be pre-taped. but it was not taped yesterday and he will be at tonight's taping.
Randy Orton is not scheduled to be at tonight's Raw.
