THE BEST WRESTLING PODCASTS TO FOLLOW

By Kendall Jenkins on 2021-03-17 17:15:00

Podcasting has quickly become one of the most popular forms of entertainment current available as it becomes an accessible approach for many – whether you’re an individual with an interest you’d like to share and explore, through to big celebrity names looking to expand their own ways of reaching an audience. Podcasting covers just about any topic too – whether you’re into different forms of gaming looking to find out about the new online casinos Canada has to offer, or if you’re to find out more about the growing world of wrestling, there’s something for everyone – but which are the biggest wrestling podcasts you should be following?

The Steve Austin Show – As one of the biggest and most well-known legends of the sport, it’s no surprise that Stone Cold himself has ventured into the podcasting space after a stint of doing Hollywood and other projects too. Perhaps the most recent example of this is within the recent episode Mark “The Undertaker” Calaway looking back at his own storied career – and with other interviews with big wrestling  stars, it’s certainly worth a listen if you’re looking for a more insider look at the industry and what goes on behind the scenes, and also looking to better understand the trials and tribulations of those coming from wrestling fame.

Talk Is Jericho – Another of the legends in wrestling, Chris Jericho has also been able to get his own podcast up and running too – the focus of the Jericho podcast is more aimed towards the wrestling industry as a whole however rather than his own career – if you’re after another in-depth look at the industry with both good and bad perspectives of what wrestling culture is, and everything that comes in between, this is certainly a great choice to listen to.

WhatCulture Wrestling – Following the successful running of their YouTube channel, the inevitable progression for the WhatCulture group was certainly going to be into the podcasting space – covering a huge number of topics they have a huge running series going, with one exclusively looking at wrestling that does much of the same as others by offering insider perspectives, breaking news, and interviews. The others two in the list are hosted by former wrestlers, so have a very professional wrestler perspective, whereas the WhatCulture Podcast takes more of a journalistic approach to delivering the same.

These are just a few of the many services that are becoming more widely available, and the number will only continue to increase too – be sure to check some of them out as they’ll certainly be filled with a lot of content to keep you entertained, and keep you listening for hours on end.
