What is up with Eva Marie and WWE?

She is under contract to the company and has been at the WWE Performance Center training but has yet to be assigned to a brand.

Why was Rocky Johnson's autobiography taken off bookshelves? I read the book & I can't think of any "scandalous" parts of it.

Johnson had a falling out with co-author Scott Teal (who really wrote the book and did all the work) over payment for Teal's work, leading to ECW Press pulling the book rather than deal with the situation.  Sadly, the issue was never resolved before Johnson passed away, so unless his estate comes to terms with Teal, the book will have disappeared forever.

When I was a kid, there was a huge rumor that Paul Orndorff passed away when he disappeared from WWF.  Obviously, he didn't die, so what happened?

Orndorff took time off to deal with an arm injury and purchased a bowling alley that he operated at the time in Georgia.  He worked a few independent dates but mostly took time off for himself and his family before his next national run, which was WCW in the early 1990s.

Is there anyone from the first major WWE era who doesn't get the recognition he deserves?

Off the top of my head, I think Adrian Adonis comes to mind.  He was a hell of a heel, so great that he turned Roddy Piper babyface.  The gimmick obviously does not age well but his work inside the ring and on promos I've always felt was greatly underappreciated, and I wish he'd get that attention.  I saw him on lots of house shows growing up and he always got the crowd really behind the babyfaces, especially Piper and Brutus Beefcake.

Same question for the NWA?

I think due to the nature of his passing before the Internet really took off, Eddie Gilbert is someone who deserves a lot more credit and attention for his creativity (Continental in 1988 when he booked it was fantastic) and I feel like he was an awesome heel in the ring but also played a great utility player for Jim Crockett Promotions in 1988, whether it being the storyline reason for Ricky Steamboat to come into the company, being the first person to feud with The Great Muta to give him credibility or teaming with Ron Simmons as Simmons was being established.
