IS AEW GETTING THE MOST OUT OF THE GREAT MINDS THEY HAVE AT THEIR DISPOSAL, MISSED SPOTS AND MORE

I have lots of AEW questions since it used to be my favorite show and it’s not anymore.  What is wrong with Chris Jericho?  He has done a thousand lionsaults and yet he almost killed himself on Dynamite?

He definitely botched that one badly.  I am not ready to say that it was anything more than a blown spot at this time but yeah, that was painful to watch.  I saw that he laughed off the criticism that he got on Twitter.  He is really lucky he didn’t get hurt when doing it.

Also, did my eyes deceive me or did Marq Quen catch his foot on the top rope at the end of Dynamite?

Your eyes worked perfectly.  I saw it too and I was really happy that his momentum carried him through and there wasn’t an injury.  That could have been bad.

I know it’s a touchy subject but I want your opinion.  Is it time to phase out Negative One from the storylines?

First let me me say that I have a huge amount of respect and appreciation for what Tony Khan has done for the family of Jon Huber.  I think it’s fantastic and he can’t be praised enough for all he has done.  With that said, after the birthday celebration on Dynamite, I think the time is here to dial it back.  At some point, critics will jump in (as they always do) and that would be unfortunate given how fantastic what AEW has done for the family has been.

I am am like you.  I used to enjoy AEW but the booking has gotten really bad.  What do you say to the people that defend it or like it?

If I say anything at all I say good, enjoy it!  It doesn’t matter what I think about it if someone likes what they are watching.  I am glad that they enjoy it.  I am also glad that Tony Khan is giving wrestlers a place to work and treating his people well.  With that said, well I will just answer your next question.

If you were Tony Khan, and you had people like Jim Ross, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard and Jim Ross working for you, wouldn’t you take advantage of their expertise when it comes to storylines and character development?

I absolutely would.  The thing that makes it hard for me to enjoy AEW is the booking and the characters.  It’s the same as Raw to me, just generic and often makes me scratch my head.  When you have minds like those you mentioned on your payroll, they are huge assets.  If it were me, I would take advantage of them as much as I could.
