Palmer nailed several running dropkicks early with Moose egging him on after each one.  Moose quickly overpowered him and sent Palmer hard into the buckles, striking him down.

Moose beat down Palmer and sent him flying across the ring with a big Beel toss.  Very odd Moose being granted an Impact Title match by Rich Swann at Genesis has not been mentioned on commentary.  Moose ripped at Palmer's face and worked him over.  Palmer finally nailed a big knee and then a second off the rope, dazing Moose.  He went to the top for a third knee, dropping Moose down to one knee.

Some very good back and forth wrestling early.  Anderson went after Swann's shoulder and snapped it over the top rope.  On the outside, he smashed it down onto the apron, then ran Swann hard into the ring post.

Swann was dumped back into the ring for a two count, then cinched in a armbar, wrenching away at the extremity.  He worked over Swann for a long time.  Swann tried to fight his way out and finally nailed a clothesline.  Both men were down and fought to their feet.    They fired back and forth with right hands and forearms.  Rich fired up and nailed a neckbreaker for a two count.
