During Monday Night Raw, WWE Champion Drew McIntyre officially accepted the challenge of WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg for the 1/31 Royal Rumble PPV.
During Raw, McIntyre (who appeared via Zoom from his home) also announced he was suffering from COVID-19, one of the few times WWE has acknowledged the pandemic by name that I can recall. McIntyre stated that he was one of the lucky ones as he's asymptomatic but assured everyone to take COVID seriously and wear their masks I 100% echo what McIntyre said and I'd really like to see WWE regularly deliver that message to their viewing audience.
Kofi Kingston was not on Raw, explained as having suffered a "broken jaw" in "recent weeks" by the announcers.
Keith Lee sent John Morrison into the buckles so hard on Raw, they popped:
