New Japan Pro Wrestling held its fifth World Tag League show in Big Palette Fukushima today.

The full results were:

• Satoshi Kojima and Tomoaki Honma def. Yota Tsuji and Yuji Nagata
• World Tag League: Bad Luck Fale and Chase Owens def. David Finlay and Juice Robinson
• World Tag League: Hiroshi Tanahashi and Toa Henare def. EVIL and Yujiro Takahashi
• World Tag League: Tomohiro Ishii and Toru Yano def. Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa
• World Tag League: Taichi and Zack Sabre Jr. def. Great-O-Khan and Jeff Cobb
• World Tag League: SANADA and Shingo Takagi def. Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI

Following today’s results, the updated World Tag League standings are:

1. SANADA and Shingo Takagi (4-1 record): 8 points
2. EVIL and Yujiro Takahashi (3-2 record): 6 points

Pro Wrestling NOAH

Eagle-eyed fans have deduced Pro Wrestling NOAH’s new Salvaje de Oriente character is portrayed by Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS wrestler Yuya Susumu.

The connection was made based on birthmarks on Susumu’s back and using the same finisher, as noted in the tweet attached below.

Susumu will team with Kotaro Suzuki to challenge for HAYATA and Yoshinari Ogawa’s GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships on December 6.

NOAH has announced the full card for its DIAMOND3 show on December 26 in Korakuen Hall, highlighted by Jinsei Shinzaki’s return to the company. The full card is:

• Junta Miyawaki vs. Yasutaka Yano
• Manabu Soya vs. Tadasuke
• Akitoshi Saito and Masao Inoue vs. Go Shiozaki and Naomichi Marufuji
• Katsuhiko Nakajima and Masa Kitamiya vs. Kinya Okada and Yoshiki Inamura
• Haoh vs. Nioh
• Daiki Inaba and Kaito Kiyomiya vs. Jinsei Shinzaki and Kenoh

All Japan Pro Wrestling

All Japan Pro Wrestling has announced two more matches for its final show of the year, taking place in Korakuen Hall on December 13.

CIMA, Kento Miyahara and Yuma Aoyagi will face Hikaru Sato, Shuji Ishikawa and SUWAMA. Also, Chikara, Yoshitatsu and Yusuke Okada will face Jun Kasai, Kenji Fukimoto and Masashi Takeda.

Kasai’s last appearance in All Japan was in 2004. He appeared via video to call out Yoshitatsu at yesterday’s Real World Tag League show.

Takeda’s last appearance in All Japan was during 2018’s Junior Tag League, teaming alongside Atsushi Maruyama (who now wrestles as Izanagi). It will be Fukimoto’s debut in the promotion.

Kawachi Pro Wrestling

Koji Kanemoto will celebrate his thirthieeth wrestling anniversary at Kawachi Pro Wrestling’s show in Osaka on December 12 teaming with CIMA and Shinjiro Otani against Hiroaki Moriya, T-Hawk and Tatsumi Fujinami.

Fellow #STRONGHEARTS members El Lindaman and Shigehiro Irie have also been confirmed to appear. Irie will face GAINA in a singles match.

Throughout his career, Kanemoto has won the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships, GHC Junior Heavyweight Championships, All Asia Tag Team Championship and other accolades.
