Tomoaki Honma and Satoshi Kojima vs. Yota Tsuji and Yuji Nagata. Kojima pins Tsuji after a lariat.
World Tag League matches:
SANADA and Shingo Takagi vs. Chase Owens and Bad Luck Fale. SANADA pins Owens with a bridging roll up. Good match. LIJ had to overcome the power of Fale and the tricks of Owens.
Toa Henare and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. YOSHI-HASHI and Hirooki Goto. YOSHI-HASHI pins Henare after a GYW. Another good back and forth match. Goto and YOSHI-HASHI continue to show how good they are as a team. Toa Henare, despite the loss, also shows continued improvement.
Toru Yano and Tomohiro Ishii vs. Yujiro Takahashi and EVIL, with Dick Togo. EVIL pins Yano after hitting Everything is Evil. Tons of shenanigans in this match. Fine match for what it was.
David Finlay and Juice Robinson vs. Jeff Cobb and Great O-Khan. Cobb pins Finlay with a Tour of the Islands. Good match! Cobb and O-Khan had to earn this win. FinJuice took it to the two monsters but the power moves of The Empire was too much for them.
Zack Sabre Jr. and Taichi vs. Tanga Loa and Tama Tonga, with Jado. Wow, G.O.D. attacked Taichi while he was “singing”. This is already a brawl. Almost every weapon both teams brought to the ring was used. Tama Tonga took Taichi’s Iron Glove and smashed ZSJ in the face, which resulted in a pinfall win for G.O.D. How Red Shoes missed all the cheating is beyond me. However, it was a FUN match and the cheating was “in character” for both teams. With Guerrillas of Destiny pinning the Tag Champions, they may be in line for a title shot. Taichi was so angry that they used his Iron Glove. ZSJ sold the knockout and had to be carried to the locker room.
