WWE NXT UK REPORT: NIVEN VERSUS RAY, GALLUS AND IMPERIUM RESUME THEIR ISSUES, JORDAN DEVLIN, AND MORE

We start off with a video package for tonight’s NXT UK Women’s Championship Match between Kay Lee Ray and Piper Niven.

We are in London, England and your announcers are Andy Shepherd and Nigel McGuinness.

Match Number One: Joe Coffey versus Sam Gradwell

They lock up and go to a stalemate. They lock up again and Coffey with a punch on the break. They lock up again and Gradwell gets to the ropes. They go to a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and Coffey with a break. Coffey with a wrist lock and arm wringer. Coffey with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Gradwell with a back elbow.

Gradwell with forearms to the back and Coffey goes for the surgically repaired knee. Gradwell with a hammer lock and forearms. Coffey with a head butt and Gradwell with forearms. Coffey with a drop kick to the knee and an atomic drop to the knee. Coffey with a kick to the back of the leg. Coffey with punches to the lower back. Coffey wraps the leg in the ropes and the referee warns him.

Gradwell with a forearm but Coffey tries for a back body drop and Gradwell goes for a sunset flip but Coffey does not go over. Coffey with forearms and a single leg crab attempt but Gradwell kicks Coffey away. Gradwell with a head scissors. Coffey with a forearm and Gradwell with an arm drag. Coffey goes for a pilledriver and Gradwell escapes.

Gradwell with forearms while Coffey works on the knee. Coffey slaps Gradwell. Coffey stands on the knees and slaps Gradwell. Coffey poses on Grawell’s knees. Gradwell with a forearm and slam. Gradwell with punches to Coffey and the referee warns Gradwell. Coffey with a drop kick to the knee. Gradwell gets a near fall. Gradwell gets Coffey on his shoulders but Coffey escapes and connects with forearms and then he kicks Gradwell in the knee. Coffey slaps Gradwell and then stomps on the knee. Coffey sends Gradwell into the turnbuckles and then Coffey with a discus clothesline for the three count.

Winner: Joe Coffey

We go to footage from earlier today with Sid Scala and NXT Cruiserweight Champion Jordan Devlin. Sid says they have sanctions defenses of the title. Jordan interrupts and asks Sid if he should be thankful for this. Johnny Saint should be thanking me and you should be thanking me for what I have brought to NXT UK with this title. Jordan says he just wants opponents who are credible to face.

Amir Jordan and Kenny Williams show up and Kenny says he might have gotten an injury but he is willing to face Jordan when he is better. Amir Jordan says he is okay to go.

Jordan asks Amir if he got Kenny’s okay. Jordan says nobody wants to be in a tag team. He tells them to work out their issues and whoever it is, he is fine.

We go to commercial.

We are back with a video package for the Ilja Dragunov and WALTER match.

Ilja says there are so many thoughts going through his mind. This is more than personal, this had to happen. Everything that was before came to this moment. I am going to war. Everything you see there is violence and I was born for this. He says they will have to drag my lifeless body out of the ring because I will not leave it without a win.

Alexander Wolfe is in the back and he is interrupted by Gallus celebrating Joe’s win. Wolfe tells them to shut up while he cuts his promo.

Joe Coffey wants to know what is Wolfe’s problem. Wolfe asks Coffey who did he beat and Coffey says a win is a win. Coffey tells Wolfe he cost him the title in Blackpool against WALTER.

Match Number Two: Lewis Howley and Sam Stoker versus Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter

Stoker and Smith start things off and they lock up. Stoker with a wrist lock and Smith with a reversal. Smith with a take down and Stoker with a reversal. Stoker goes for a rollup but Smith does not go down. Smith pulls Stoker up and Howley tags in and Smith with a back body drop. Smith with a wrist lock into an arm bar.

Howley with a knee and forearm. Stoker tags in and he works on the arm and applies a wrist lock and pulls at the fingers. Smith gets Stoker off his feet and puts him on the turnbuckles. Stoker stands on the hand and goes for a cross body but Smith catches Stoker and turns it into a suplex for a near fall.

Carter tags in and Smith with a slam and Carter with a Silly String Splash for a near fall. Carter with an Irish whip and a kick to the chest and an arm drag into an arm bar. Howley tags in and Carter with an arm drag to Stoker. Howley hits Carter from behind but Carter with an arm drag into an arm bar.

Howley with a punch and side head lock. Carter with a cross body for a near fall. Carter with an elbow to Stoker on the apron and Smith is sent to the apron when he did not see the tag. Stoker trips Carter and Carter hits the turnbuckles face first on an Irish whip. Stoker tags in and he connects with a European uppercut and forearms. Howley tags in and kicks Carter. Howley with a back elbow for a near fall. Carter with punches and Howley with an Irish whip. Howley is sent over the top rope to the floor and Howley keeps Carter from making the tag and runs Carter into the corner.

Stoker tags in and he hits a running European uppercut in the corner for a near fall. Stoker with an arm bar and Carter with forearms. Howley tags in and he misses a forearm on Smith and Smith tags in. Smith with clotheslines to Howley and Stoker. Smith with a European uppercut to Howley and a judo throw. Smith knocks Stoker off the apron. Smith with a Blue Thunder Bomb for a near fall. Carter sends Stoker to the floor and Carter with a suicide dive to Stoker. Carter tags in and he hits a running heel kick. Smith sets Howley up for a super kick from Carter. Smith tags in and Smith flips Carter onto Howley and Smith gets a near fall when Stoker puts Howley’s foot on the ropes. Stoker sends Carter into the ring post. Smith gets Howley on his shoulders but Howley escapes. Smith with an O’Connor Roll and Stoker with a European uppercut from the floor to Smith and Howley with a rollup for the three count.

Winners: Sam Stoker and Lewis Howley

We go to footage of Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster earlier this week. Andrews says he did not know if he would get back into the ring for eight months and it is all because of you Eddie. Mark says he knows Eddie Dennis will do whatever it takes to get ahead and he doesn’t care who he hurts.

Webster says he was 12 years old when he met Boar. They built rings in the back gardens. Fifteen years of friendship you broke and now we are going to break you.

We go to commercial.

We are back with a video package for Rampage Brown. Dave Mastiff says he was impressed with his debut in NXT UK, but he has been impressed with him for fifteen years.

Match Number Three: Levi Muir versus Saxon Huxley

They lock up and Huxley backs Muir into the corner and biels him across the ring and follows with a splash into the corner. Huxley with a head lock. Muir with punches and he tries for a hip toss but Huxley blocks and connects with a series of knees. Huxley with a spinebuster and elbow drops to the back. Huxley with a forearm to the back and he chokes Muir in the corner.

Huxley sends Muir into the corner and he kicks Muir in the head. Huxley with a running boot to the head. Huxley works on the neck. Jack Starz makes his way to the ringside to motivate Muir. Muir with punches but Huxley with a knee. Muir escapes a slam and hits a few drop kicks but Huxley stays on his feet. Huxley with a shoulder tackle to knock Muir to the mat. Huxley with punches and he slams Muir across the ring. Huxley with a running boot into the corner followed by a clothesline for the three count.

Winner: Saxon Huxley

We take a look at the Heritage Cup Tournament. Trent Seven says that this tournament has opened a lot of eyes to see something new and fresh. A-Kid says he beat a former champion in the first round. In the second round, he beat his demons. I know I belong in that final. I started when I was ten years old and I have been working for 13 years. Trent says that A-Kid will have a lot more opportunities and Trent says he needs it now. He says he is thinking about how people will act in 20 years when they talk about seeing Trent win the Heritage Cup. A-Kid says he looks up to Trent Seven, but in the ring he will be eye to eye with him. This starts my legacy when I win the Heritage Cup. Trent says this will cement his legacy and he needs to be the one who wins the Heritage Cup.

The finals are next week.

We are back and next week, Jordan Devlin will face Amir Jordan.

Match Number Four: Kay Lee Ray versus Piper Niven for the NXT UK Women’s Championship in a Falls Count Anywhere Match

Niven attacks Ray as the champion makes her way to the ring. Niven with forearms to Ray followed by double sledges to the back. Niven with more forearms and then Niven sends Ray into the apron. They return to the ring and the match starts.

Ray rolls to the floor as soon as the bell rings and Niven with a suicide dive cross body and gets a near fall on the floor. Niven goes under the ring and gets a kendo stick and lead pipe. Niven also throws a chain into the ring and she gets a chair. Ray kicks Niven before Niven can use the chair. Niven with an Irish whip into the ringside barrier.

Niven with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex on the floor. Niven gets Ray up for a slam but Ray escapes and drops Niven on the ringside barrier. Ray with a sunset flip on the floor for a near fall. Niven hits Ray in the back with the chair. Niven with a punch but Ray with a shot to the midsection. Ray sends Niven into the apron.

Ray grabs the ring bell and throws it at Niven but misses and it hits the ring steps. Niven with a clothesline. Niven gets a turnbuckle and she hits Ray in the knee with it. Niven stands on the ankle and Niven uses the turnbuckle to add pressure to the knee. Ray kicks Niven to get away. Niven gets a trash can but Ray with a super kick before Niven can use the trash can. Ray sets for a Gory Bomb onto the trash can but Niven escapes and gives Ray a head butt.

Niven wraps the chain around her fist and Ray hits Niven in the midsection and back with the kendo stick. Ray grabs the chain and puts it around Niven’s face. Niven refuses to give up and she gets Ray on her back and Niven falls back onto the trash can. Niven gets a near fall. Niven gets the chair and sets for a Piper Driver onto the chair but Ray escapes and trips Niven and pulls Piper to the apron and connects with a forearm. Ray with a hanging DDT off the apron to the floor. Ray gets a near fall.

Ray with a knee drop to Niven. Ray goes for a tornado DDT off the apron but Niven blocks it and hits a fisherman’s buster.. Both women are down and cannot capitalize. Jinny attacks Niven and she slaps Niven while she yells at Niven. Niven sends Jinny over the ringside barrier. Ray goes for a Gory Bomb but Niven counters into a backslide for a near fall. Niven sends Ray into the wall and they go into the backstage area. Ray with a kick and she runs away from Niven. Niven follows after Ray and Ray hits Niven in the head with a metal sign. Niven hits Ray with a framed poster. Ray with an elbow and kick. Ray gets a guitar and hits Niven in the back and she hits her again and the guitar is shattered. Ray gets a near fall. Ray gets a chair and sets it up on the floor. Ray sets for a Gory Bomb onto the chair but Niven counters with a Piper Driver onto the chair for a near fall.

Niven gets a pipe and she hits Ray in the leg with it. Ray with a super kick and the pipe is dropped. Ray Irish whips Niven into the storage cases. Niven back drops Ray onto the cases. Niven gets a near fall. They go to cases that are higher than the ones they have used so far. Niven sees what is below and she sets for a Piper Driver through a table. Jinny re-emerges and hits Niven with a chair and she pulls Ray off with her and Ray lands on top of Niven and gets the three count.

Winner: Kay Lee Ray (Retains Championship)
