His real success came during WWF event under the name Diesel, to become the Champion of the Federation in 1994. Eric Bischoff

Eric Aaron Bischoff is another popular star from Detroit, born on 27 May 1955. Despite being in the sport for very few events, Eric became one of the most significant names in the wrestling history. He took an opportunity to join the WCW in 1991 and after a short period became president (in 1997).

He convinced the owner of WCW, Ted Turner, to give more resources to the federation. Once he succeeded in this endeavor, he employed the biggest stars from the WWF (including Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage). One of his biggest steps was the creation of the New World Order as well as an amazing turn heel by Hulk Hogan.
