WWE NXT REPORT: IO VERSUS RHEA, WAR GAMES IS COMING, LEON SHOWS HE IS A PROFESSIONAL, AND MORE

We are at the Capitol Wrestling Centre and your announcers are Wade Barrett, Vic Joseph, and Beth Phoenix.

NXT North American Champion Leon Ruff makes his way to the ring and we see what happened last week.

Leon says he is from Detroit and he has been wrestling for three years.  All of the matches on Raw, Smackdown, and NXT prepared him for last week's match.  

Johnny demands the video package be stopped because no one wants to see that crap.  Last week was a fluke and you are a pawn in Damian Priest's attempt to make him look stupid.  Look at you.  He tells Leon he isn't a real champion and that Leon is a joke.  Tonight the joke is over and the title comes back to him.

Gargano punches Ruff and the referee checks on Ruff.

Match Number One:  Johnny Gargano versus Leon Ruff for the NXT North American Championship

Gargano with shoulders in the corner followed by a punch.  Gargano with a hard Irish whip.  Gargano with punches and chops in the corner.  Gargano with more chops.  Ruff with chops and punches but Gargano with a kick and Irish whip.  Gargano runs into a boot and Ruff with a springboard move but Gargano stops him.  Ruff lands on his feet and Ruff with a rollup and round kick.  Ruff with a wrist lock and he goes to the ropes for head scissors followed by a drop kick.  Gargano goes to the floor..  Ruff with a double jump senton on the floor and they return to the ring.

Ruff goes for a crucifix bomb but Gargano blocks it and hits a clothesline.  Gargano with a lawn dart.  Gargano sets for a second lawn dart and hits it.  Gargano pulls Ruff into the center of the ring and he sets for a super kick but he sees Damian Priest on the stage.  Ruff with a rollup for a near fall.  Gargano sends Ruff into the ropes but Ruff rebounds and hits a clothesline.  Ruff goes up top and misses a swanton.  Gargano with a super kick and a power bomb.

Gargano with the slingshot DDT but Ruff is pulled to the floor by Priest.  Priest tells Ruff he is sorry and hits Ruff with a forearm.  The referee calls for the bell.

Winner:  Leon Ruff (by disqualification) [retains championship]

Cameron Grimes is in the back and he says he showed last week he is not afraid of Dexter Lumis.  After he covered up his eyes, Dexter is just any other man.  Cameron says after he wins tonight's blindfold match he is going TO THE MOON.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we see Rhea Ripley walking in the most dangerous part of the Capitol Wrestling Centre . . . the parking lot.

Match Number Two:  Cameron Grimes versus Dexter Lumis in a Blindfold Match

Grimes refuses to look at Lumis until he puts the 'blindfold' on.  Grimes refuses to put on the blindfold because he can't see.

Grimes dives at Lumis and misses.  Grimes points away from the ring and tells Lumis he better be worried.  Grimes falls to the mat and screams for Lumis.  Grimes runs into the turnbuckles.  Grimes walks around the ring while Lumis does not move.  Grimes almost punches the referee by accident.  Grimes looks for help from the crowd but they don't really assist him too much.  Grimes punches the referee and Grimes kicks him.  Grimes is proud of himself and he takes off the blindfold to see that he beat up the referee.

Grimes tries to walk away  and he sets for Cave In but misses when Lumis moves.  Lumis with punches and the blindfolds are off.  Lumis with punches.  Lumis with Silence and Grimes with elbows.  Grimes leaves the ring and Lumis follows.  Lumis sends Grimes into the plexiglass.  Lumis continues to send Grimes into the plexiglass but Grimes goes over the fencing and escapes.

William Regal is berating Damian Priest for punching Leon Ruff.  Damian says he was joking around.

Leon hears Damian and he asks Damian if he thinks he is a joke.  Leon says if he cannot retain the title, he doesn't deserve it.

Priest says he was having too much fun and didn't want Johnny to have the title.

Ruff says he is fine and he slaps Priest before walking away.  

Regal says it serves Priest right.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Shotzi Blackheart is working to put her tank back together.  She says people try to tear you down and destroy everything.  In life, you rebuild and you rise.  Shotzi tells Candice she better have an army because on December 6th, we are going to war.  

We see that War Games will be on December 6th.

Match Number Three;  Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae versus Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter

Hartwell and Carter start things off and they lock up and go to a stalemate.  Hartwell with a gutwrench but Carter with a single leg take down and she applies a front face lock.  Kacy tags in and Catanzaro with a rollup for a near fall.  Catanzaro with an arm bar.  Carter tags in and kicks Hartwell.  Kacy tags in and she trips Indi and Carter with a drop kick and Kacy with a slingshot senton for a near fall.  Kacy with a handstand head scissors and Candice tags in.  Kacy with a drop toe hold and drop kick.  Candice with a gutbuster to counter a handstand head scissors.  Candice gets a near fall.  Indi tags in and they kick Kacy in the corner.

Indi with a hard Irish whip.  Kacy with punches but Indi with a knee and side slam.  Indi gets a near fall.  Candice tags in and connects with a forearm to the back.  Candice with a slam and she misses the step up back senton.  Kayden tags in and clotheslines Candice and drop kicks Indi on the apron.  Kayden with forearms and a flatliner.  Carter drop kicks Indi when she tries to interfere.  Carter with a thrust kick for a near fall while Kacy takes care of Indi on the floor.  Carter misses a boot and Candice pulls Carter down by the hair.  Candice with a brainbuster and Indi keeps Kacy on the floor and Candice with the Wicked Stepsister for the three count.

Winners:  Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae

We have an Arturo Ruas video package.

We go to commercial.

We are back with footage of Io Shirai arriving at the CWC and looking over her shoulder while walking through the parking lot.

Match Number Four:  Arturo Ruas versus KUSHIDA

KUSHIDA goes for the leg but misses.  Ruas with a take down into an attempted cross arm breaker but KUSHIDA blocks it.  KUSHIDA goes for the arm but Ruas blocks that.  Ruas with a single leg take down.  Ruas with a double wrist lock and a knee but KUSHIDA with kicks.  KUSHIDA is sent to the apron and Ruas with a knee.  KUSHIDA with forearms and Ruas with an arm wringer.  Ruas with forearms and uppercuts to the arm.  

During the match, we cut to McKenzie Mitchell and she mentions that Finn Balor is not at the CWC yet, but he will have as much time as needed.

Ruas with a take down and he gets a near fall.  Ruas works at the fingers and KUSHIDA with chops.  Ruas returns to the double wrist lock and he takes KUSHIDA to the mat.  KUSHIDA with a kick to the arm and a drop kick.  KUSHIDA with a hip toss and cartwheel followed by a drop kick for a near fall.  KUSHIDA with an double wrist lock and body scissors.  Ruas escapes and tries to take KUSHIDA down with a knee bar but KUSHIDA with a bridge for the three count.

Winner:  KUSHIDA

McKenzie is with Ember Moon and Toni Storm and she asks Ember about her issues with Dakota.  Ember says we are all sick of Dakota and Raquel and she has Toni with her.  Toni says the numbers game stops tonight.  Toni starts to talk about the NXT Women's Championship and Ember cuts her off and says they can talk about the women's title after the match.

We go to commercial.

We are back with picks for the Women's Title Match.  All of the wrestlers asked pick Io Shirai while Road Dogg, Shawn Michaels, and Triple H pick Rhea.

Match Number Five:  Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez versus Ember Moon and Toni Storm

Storm and Gonzalez start things off and Gonzalez sends Storm to the mat and follows with a kick.  Kai tags in and Gonzalez with an Irish whip and Kai with a running boot for a near fall.  Kai with a forearm to the back and sends Storm into the turnbuckles.  Kai gets a near fall.  Storm with a drop kick and a suplex for a near fall.  Kai with a forearm to the back.  Kai with a snap mare and kick to the chest.  Moon tags in and she clotheslines Kai and then she drop kicks Gonzalez.  Moon and Storm clothesline Gonzalez over the top rope to the floor.

Moon sends Kai back into the ring.  Kai with a jaw breaker but Storm tags in and connects with a forearm to the back and follows with a European uppercut.  Storm gets a near fall.  Storm with a front face lock and suplex for a near fall.  Kai with a scorpion kick for a near fall.  Kai gets another near fall.  Storm is sent into the turnbuckles and Gonzalez tags in.  Gonzalez with a spinning power slam for a near fall.  Gonzalez with a rear chin lock and she runs her forearm across the jaw.  Gonzalez sends Storm to the mat.  Kai tags in and kicks Storm and tags Gonzalez in and she kicks Storm.

Gonzalez goes for a slam but Storm gets to her feet.  Gonzalez with a boot for a near fall.  Gonzalez with a double wrist lock.  Gonzalez with a forearm to the back and she does it again.  Storm with a back elbow and a head scissors take down.  Moon tags in and she connects with a back heel kick and more kicks followed by a foerarm.  Moon knocks Kai off the apron and Moon with a stomp and back senton.  Moon with a back heel kick.  Gonzalez with an Irish whip and Moon comes off the turnbuckles with a Codebreaker for a near fall.  

Gonzalez kicks Moon.Gonzalez drops Moon on the apron and gets a near fall.  Gonzalez with a back breaker into a Gory Special.  Moon gets to her feet and Gonzalez is sent to the floor.  Gonzalez blocks Moon's path to her corner and hits a running shoulder tackle for a near fall.  Gonzalez sends Moon into the turnbuckles and Kai tags in.  Kai gets a near fall.  Kai goes after Storm but Toni gets out of the way.  Moon with a snap mare and Storm tags in.

Storm with clotheslines and a German suplex.  Storm with a second German suplex.  Storm sets for number three and Kai with elbows to stop Toni momentarily but Storm hits the German suplex followed by a knee into the corner.  Storm with a fisherman's suplex for a near fall.  Storm with a head butt to Gonzalez and Moon with a tornado DDT to Gonzalez.  Kai with a super kick to Moon.  Storm and Kai with clotheslines and both are down.  Kai and Storm with forearms.  Storm with an uppercut in the corner but Kai with a running boot into the corner and Storm with a boot to the chest.  Storm goes to the apron when Kai moves.  Storm with a knee and Moon distracts the referee and Gonzalez sends Storm into the ring post.

Moon with a suicide dive to Gonzalez.  Storm with an inside cradle for the three count.

Winners:  Ember Moon and Toni Storm
