As reported earlier, the WWE NXT Halloween Havoc broadcast on 10/28 will see the return of former WCW Havoc PPV concept Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal. On the video screen behind Shotzi Blackheart when she announced the concept would be returning on tonight's episode of NXT were the following match stipulations:

-Boiler Room Brawl
-Buried Alive Match
-Casket Match
-Chamber of Horrors Match
-Coal Miner's Glove on a Pole Match.
-Devil's Playground Match
-Shotzi's Choice Match
-TLS
-Trick or Streetfight
-Weapons Wild Match
Announced for Halloween Havoc on 10/28 -
*Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal: WWE NXT Women's Champion Io Shirai vs. Candice LaRae.
*Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal: WWE NXT North American Champion Damian Priest vs. Johnny Gargano.
*Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Gonzales.
*Shotzi Blackheart hosts Halloween Havoc.
Announced for the final NXT broadcast before Havoc on Wednesday 10/21 -
*WWE NXT Tag Team Champions Breezango vs. Roderick Strong & Bobby Fish.
*Xia Li has requested to compete.
