WWE NXT star Ridge Holland appeared to suffer a nasty looking broken ankle or foot during a post-match brawl with Oney Lorcan on tonight's WWE NXT.
After defeating Lorcan's partner Danny Burch, Holland was beating on him after the bout. Lorcan hit the ring and the pair were separated several times with Lorcan nailing a dive after the first separation. After the two were separated a second time, Lorcan hit a pescado to the flor but upon catching him, Holland's ankle buckled as they went down and it obviously snapped with his foot turned into an unnatural position.
The referees, realizing there was a legitimate injury, pulled Orcan off.
Holland was stretchered out of the Capitol Wrestling Center.
While there has been no official announcement, it was obviously a legitimate situation.
