I am Vengeace - Retaliation starrring Stu Bennett aka WWE NXT announcer Wade Barrett will hit Netflix on 10/13, Evolutionary Films announced this morning:
The plot of the film - "Former special-forces soldier John Gold is given the opportunity to bring Sean Teague - the man who betrayed his team on their final mission in Eastern Europe several years ago - to justice. Gold would cheerfully see Teague dead, but he is convinced to help transport him to a military prison to pay for his crimes. Along the way, Gold will have to fight off Teague's team who are attempting to extract him, as well as a sniper seemingly hell-bent on killing Teague before he can be secured.."

Packed to the brim with explosive action sequences, I AM VENGEANCE: RETALIATION pits Stu Bennett (fka WWE Superstar “Wade Barrett”) up against the football and acting hard man Vinnie Jones (Snatch, Gone In 60 Seconds). Bennett reprises the lead character of John Gold, previously seen in Vengeance, while Jones plays Gold’s former teammate-turned-nemesis, Sean Teague. The multiple award winning Vengeance was released in North America as I Am Vengeance by Saban Films and Lionsgate in 2018, but like all good franchises, audiences don’t need to have seen the first film to get stuck straight into the sequel!
I AM VENGEANCE: RETALIATION is written and directed by cult British action director Ross Boyask (Ten Dead Men, Vengeance) and produced by John Adams and Diane Shorthouse of Evolutionary Films.
I AM VENGEANCE: RETALIATION also stars Mark Griffin (Doctor Who, Gladiators), Jessica-Jane Stafford (The Real Hustle, Dream Team), Katrina Durden (Strike Back, Doctor Strange) and rising international action sensation Jean-Paul Ly (Nightshooters, Jailbreak).
The film was shot entirely on location in the UK by Plumcourt (Vengeance 2) under license from Evolutionary Film Productions.

About Stu Bennett:
Stu Bennett is a globally-known actor, television host and professional wrestler who performed for WWE from 2007-2016. He decided to take a hiatus from the professional wrestling world in 2016 in order to focus on his acting and hosting careers. His growing acting résumé includes leading roles in the features I Am Vengeance (2018), Fanged Up (2017), Eliminators (2016), and his first movie role was in 2013's Dead Man Down alongside Colin Farrell, Noomi Rapace and Terrence Howard. Stu received the 'Best Actor' award at the 2017 Urban Action Awards in Manhattan for his performance as 'John Gold' in I Am Vengeance.
In addition, Bennett has hosted the athletic competition show Ultimate Beastmaster (2018) on Netflix, and ITV's WOS Wrestling (2018).

Vinnie Jones first came to public notice as a professional footballer, playing in the English Football league and noted as one of football’s “hard men”. He played for Wimbledon, Leeds United, Sheffield United, Chelsea, and Queens Park Rangers. He also played internationally for Wales. He shot to film stardom in Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch, and went on to star in a raft of Hollywood blockbusters including Gone In 60 Seconds, Swordfish and X-Men: The Last Stand. Over the years, Jones has received numerous prestigious awards and has starred in many high profile films and TV shows.
