CODY RETURNING WITH A TV SHOW, TOD GORDON'S BOOK, THE JUMPING BOMB ANGELS, WCW ON DVD & MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2020-09-10 09:59:00

So in storyline, Cody is supposed to be hurt and they announce he's on a new TV show?  How stupid is that?

How do you know in "storyline", he didn't film the TV show "before he was hurt?"

Whatever happened to Robbie E?

He's signed with WWE as Robert Stone and performs on the NXT brand.

What happens when AEW goes to Picture in Picture outside of the United States?

I am told the announcers keep calling the action.

Whatever happened to the Jumping Bomb Angels?

Noriyo Tateno lives in Japan. Itsuki Yamazaki lives in NYC.

Whatever happened to Tod Gordon's book?

As it was explained to me, Gordon was unhappy with delays in the book being released, feeling that by the time the book was released, there would be a greatly reduced interest in it due to the way WWE had systematically destroyed the aura of ECW with their 2006 relaunch.  He ended up having the book killed off.  I don't believe any actual writing had been done for it, but Gordon had sat down for interviews with the ghost writer.

I know this is a dumb question but I am working old WWE TV and....who was Muffy for Stephanie McMahon?

That was Caryn Mower, who now works doing stunts in Hollywood. She was only with WWE for a short time.

Were any complete WCW shows released on DVD?

None. WCW never released anything officially under the format but WWE has done some compilations like Starrcade and Wargames.
