The NWA released a new Ten Pounds of Gold episode focusing on the Aldis vs. Bennett bout:

The United Wrestling Network's Primetime Live PPV series, the first undertaking for a weekly pro wrestling series on PPV since the early days of NWA: TNA, debuts Tuesday 9/15 on In Demand and FITE.TV.    The series will be available for $7.00 per episode or a bundle of $23.99 for the month on FITE.  The series will be priced $11.99 weekly on InDemand.

The broadcast team for the Primetime Live series will feature long-time UWN commentator and former Impact Wrestling commentator Todd Keneley handling the play by play for the series.  He'll be joined by recent NXT on-air talent Alyssa Marino, who makes her return to the United Wrestling Network, where she had appeared prior to her WWE tenure.  The NWA's lead announcer Joe Galli will be on the broadcasts as well from his home in San Antonio and will be appearing to deliver breaking news, interviews and special reports.  UWN President Dave Marquez and Mayra Dias Gomes will handle interviews.  UWN and NJPW Ring Announcer Adnan Kureishy will be appearing in that role as well.

As PWInsider.com broke on 8/10, Marquez's United Wrestling Network and The National Wrestling Alliance will be launching a new, weekly 90-minute live PPV series titled United Wrestling Network's Primetime Live, airing on Tuesday nights from California's Thunder Studio on all PPV providers and FITE.TV.

The primary booking team for the endeavor will be NWA Champion Nick Aldis, Marquez and Aron Stevens (aka the former Damian Sandow in WWE) and will effectively bring back fresh NWA content after the promotion paused production on NWA Powerrr.  Obviously, NWA President Billy Corgan will have a say in the NWA-centric content and matches.

The Primetime Live PPV series will be presented in an empty arena setting with Thunder Studios setting the COVID-19 safety protocols, according to a press release issued on 8/10.  The PPV series will be the biggest undertaking in the history of Marquez's career in professional wrestling, which has included promoting events all over the world, including China and overseeing the United Wrestling Network's umbrella of "Championship Wrestling From..." promotions, most notably the Championship Wrestling from Hollywood series, which will resume production of new episodes later this month as well.
