ROMAN AS A HEEL, WWE-WWC AND ROH VIDEO LIBRARIES, ANIMALS IN WWF IN THE 80s & MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2020-08-29 10:00:00

I can't believe you are reporting Roman Reigns is going to be the top heel.  Give me one piece of evidence.  Your reporting is now in question.

Do you think they just turned Paul Heyman babyface?

I saw Daniel Bryan footage from ROH on the WWE Network on a documentary. Did WWE buy that library?

No. I am told that WWE paid to license several matches worth of footage from Ring of Honor.

Any update on the WWC video library?  We've never seen any of it on the WWE Network and now they are adding independent stuff.

WWE owns the library, but we are told that they are still going through the process of converting it to digital.  Some of the library was damaged when Hurricane Maria savaged Puerto Rico a few years ago and we have been told WWE has been working on seeing what can be salvaged, so obviously that is going to take time to be done correctly as well.

How dangerous are those tacks that pro wrestlers use? Are they real tacks?

100% real. As far as his dangerous they are, you feel free to toss yourself backwards on a pile of them and get back to us.

When WWF performers had animals back in the day, who's responsibility was it to transport them?

At the time, the wrestlers were responsible for the animals. In some cases, such as Koko B. Ware, Frankie the bird was actually his and something he brought to the company. In others, such as Mathilda the Bulldog, that was something the company gave to the British Bulldogs.  Thankfully, it's an aspect of pro wrestling that no longer exists as the travel schedule back then was pretty horrible for the talents, so I can't imagine what it was like on the animals.
