Vanessa Kraven, who competed in the 2018 Mae Young Classic tournament, has announced her retirement.
Kraven, 38, broke into the business under Ron Hutchinson and originally broke through working for Montreal's IWS. She toured Japan for numerous promotions, including Neo Japan Ladies and JWP. In the United States, she was a regular for SHIMMER (where she held the Tag Team titles with Tessa Blanchard) and also competed for IWA Mid-South, including the first-ever Queen of the Death Matches tournament.
Kraven wrestled Lacey Lane in the first round of the 2018 MYC.
