FS1 will broadcast the 1996 WWF Survivor Series on Tuesday 6/16, the first time that event, which was held in New York's Madison Square Garden, has been broadcast on basic cable. The event that night featured:
*WWF Champion Shawn Michaels vs. Sycho Sid.
*The Undertaker vs. Mankind.
*Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart for the first time.
*Phil LaFon & Doug Furnas & Henry and Phineas Godwin vs. Owen Hart & The British Bulldog, & The New Rockers - Survivor Series Elimination Match.
*The debuting Rocky Maivia & Marc Mero & Jake Roberts & The Stalker (Barry Windham) vs. Crush & Goldust & Jerry Lawler & Hunter Hearst Helmsley - Survivor Series Elimination Match.
*Faarooq & Vader & The new Razor Ramon & The new Diesel vs. Flash Funk & Jimmy Snuka & Savio Vega & Yokozuna - Survivor Series Elimination Match.
The broadcast will be followed by an episode of WWE Backstage.
