All Elite Wrestling announced tonight that the 2020 Fyterfest will be a pair of special broadcasts on Wednesday 7/1 and Wednesday 7/8 on TNT.
The events will be headlined by AEW Champion Jon Moxley vs. Brian Cage (with Taz) and Best Friends challenging the AEW Tag Team Champions.
AEW President Tony Khan commented on the Fyterfest plans, writing:
AEW Fyter Fest, 2 nights on @tntdrama! I’m excited to bring Fyter to @AEWonTNT on July 1 + July 8. Thank you to all of the great fans who’ve supported our pay-per-view shows and #AEWDynamite every Wednesday night! This one’s on the house! Or these two rather.

Last year's Fyterfest aired as a live broadcast on Bleacher Report Live, headlined by Jon Moxley vs. Joey Janela and The Elite vs. The Lucha Brothers & Laredo Kid. The title is a parody of the ill-fated Fyrefest music festival, who's demise was covered in numerous film documentaries.
