Why in the world is WWE billing Edge vs. Randy as potentially the greatest wrestling match ever?  Are they trolling the audience?

No, I honestly don't think they are trolling.  They are simply trying to find a hook to continue a story that honestly, felt like it had hit a peak at Wrestlemania.  Perhaps they'll be able to make this work or this is all one big red herring to swerve us into a big angle, but I don't think it's a troll job.  I do feel like they are putting Orton and Edge, if they are indeed going to have a great "wrestling match" in a hard position because by overhyping it with claims at this level just takes a match that would be considered good under normal circumstances and changes the perception in a negative way.  When you talk about the greatest wrestling matches of all time, while that is certainly subjective, everyone has favorites that they love and to me, they've created a near impossible task.  You can't make everyone happy on that level.  Maybe they'll do it, or maybe this will be one big surprise that takes us into a crazy brawl.  We'll see.

Why do fans still insist on Owen Hart being in the WWE Hall of Fame anyway?

I have a lot of these questions in my Q&A file over the last week, so I am going to cover yours and delete the rest.  I think that the fans who want Owen inducted are doing so for one of two reasons:  they legitimately liked Owen and feel it's a nice way to pay tribute to him or they would like to see it happen as some sort of healing process, similar to WWE personalities who were on the outs with the company "returning to the fold."  I respect that passion from the fans, but they really need to understand and come to grips with the idea that it's not fair to Owen's wife and children.  If they don't want their father exploited or celebrated in any way by the company he was working for when he died in a horrible, public way, that's the end of the argument.  There is no happy ending here.  Hart didn't get to go home or live the rest of his life.  His family should have the right to the final say in how he is remembered, treated, presented and celebrated.  If you are truly passionate enough to want to see Owen in a Hall of Fame you can go visit the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in Waterloo, Iowa or push for his induction into the Hall of Fame in Texas.  If you truly loved Owen as a talent, you should recognize it's time to let that hope go.

What wrestlers or events do you think Dark Side of the Ring could possibly cover in Season Three? Seems like they've covered the biggest topics. Maybe Black Saturday, Muhammad Hassan, or Rikidozan's murder?

Those are all a possibility.  I know that when I interviews the creative team for the show prior to Season Two, we talked about a potential season three and they discussed wanting to cover the WCW/New Japan event in North Korea if they had the opportunity to.

With FS1 carrying the Evolution PPV, why hasn't there been another one?

At the end of the day, WWE hasn't wanted to do another yet.  Whether that's not having Ronda Rousey available, the timing, a feeling the first one was below projections, etc.  I don't know, but if they had wanted another one on the calendar, certainly it would have happened by now.  I hope it does. when the world gets back to some version of normal.  We will see.

I first discovered you when you interviewed CM Punk on PPV and I really loved that discussion and go back to watch it on my DVR from time to time.  Since then, I've joined the Elite site.  I have to say I have really enjoyed your interviews of late and I really love your interview style as you get great discussions out of everyone.  What do you think is the key to your interviews?

Trial and error.  I think like anything else, you get better the more you do and you think on your feet more.  When I first started doing them, I always had notes and an idea of what I wanted to ask.  Now, I prefer to just sit down with a clear mind and just let the conversation flow.  I think the more you do that, the more you get something genuine.  There are times when you get someone doing a media loop and you have a short 10-15 minutes and when those happen, I tend to make them less of a discussion and try to hit all the major points I have in my head, because you are literally racing against the clock before the talent moves on to the next outlet.  But, if you have time, such as the interviews I did this week with Matt Cardona, Ethan Page and Flip Gordon, you can go a little deeper and those are always a joy to do.

A funny story about the Punk PPV.  For that, I DID actually have notes with a list of potential ideas.  I put it down on the table on stage when I walked on...and Punk proceeded to put his hat on top of the notes, making them impossible for me to see.  From that point on, it was just trying to have the best discussion possible off the top of my head.  Live TV, indeed!

Who owns the rights to WCW's Ready to Rumble?  WWE?

Warner Bros. owned the distribution for the film.  It was not part of the WCW assets.
