NEW WWE TRADEMARKS FOR RANDY ORTON & THE UNDERTAKER

By Steven Fernandes on 2020-03-10 22:05:00

WWE have applied to trademark "Apex Predator", "The Deadman", and "The Phenom" for " G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal"

They have a prior application done last year for "The Phenom" that is still active, so its unclear why they created a new one.

Earlier this year, Shawn Spears applied to trademark "The Reaper" which is approaching the opposition phase, so it will interesting to see if WWE tries to oppose the trademark.
