IMPACT INJURY UPDATES, NEW PRODUCER, SPOILER ON A REALLY COOL IMPACT DEBUT AND MORE

Rich Swann, who has been out of action after having surgery on a broken tibia in January, is currently not expected back in action until early September.

Rob Van Dam noted on Twitter he was missing TV this weekend due to a rib injury, noting he suffered a broken rib while wresting in Qatar.

Raven was working as a Producer for Impact Wrestling at their TV tapings in Atlanta this weekend.

Former NWA Alabama Junior Heavyweight Champion Action Mike Jackson, who debuted back in 1974, worked tonight's Impact taping and we are told had an incredible debut for the promotion.  Jackson, 70, has regularly stolen the show at the Charlotte, NC conventions with his work, which led to Tommy Dreamer booking him for House of Hardcore last year in Philadelphia.

Tommy Dreamer noted on Twitter that Scott Steiner is expedcted to make a full recovery from last night's cardiac episode.
