2/20 NEW JAPAN RESULTS FROM KORKUEN HALL

Match 1:  Yota Tsuji vs. Gabriel Kidd

Tsuji gets the submission win with a Boston Crab.

Match 2:  Yuya Uemura, Will Ospreay, YOSHI-HASHI, and Hirooki Goto vs. Yoshinobu Kanemaru, El Desperado, Taichi and Minoru Suzuki

Kanemaru pins Uemura with Deep Impact (jumping DDT from the second rope).  Fun action-packed match!  Suzuki teases Uemura with a Gotch Piledriver but does not hit it.  Suzuki-Gun leaves ringside.

Match 3:  Colt Cabana, Toru Yano and Kazuchika Okada vs. Toa Henare, Tomoaki Honma and Togi Makabe

Yano hits a low blow on Honma and Cabana pins Honma with the Superman Roll Up.  

Match 4:  Tiger Mask, Yuji Nagata, Satoshi Kojima, Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Manabu Nakanishi vs. BUSHI, Hiromu Takahashi, SANADA, EVIL and Tetsuya Naito

Nakanishi hits EVIL with Hercules Driver, then does a dive over the top rope on to Los Ingobernales de Japon on the floor.   Kojima finishes EVIL with a lariat and scores the pinfall win.  Good match.

Match 5:  David Finlay, Juice Robinson, Kota Ibushi and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Bad Luck Fale, Jay White, Tanga Loa and Tama Tonga, with Jado and Gedo

Juice was about to hit Pulp Friction on Tanga Loa, but Tama Tonga blasted Juice in the face with the Tag Tile Belt.  Tanga Loa pins Juice.  Bullet Club beats down Ibushi and Tanahashi prior to their Tag Title defense tomorrow night.

Match 6 - IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championship:  SHO and YOH vs. Rocky Romero and Ryusuke Taguchi

Fantastic Tag Match!  SHO and YOH hit Romero with Strong X and get the pin.   Roppongi 3K defeat their mentors and retain their titles in a great tag match.  All four wrestlers show mutual respect to each other.

Match 7 - NEVER Openweight Championship:  Tomohiro Ishii vs. Shingo Takagi

Brutal match!  Both men were exhausted from hitting each other with lariats and suplexes.  Takagi pins Ishii with Last of the Dragon.  Shingo Takagi retains the title.   MUST SEE MATCH!

Ishii tried to attack Takagi, but the Young Lions get him out of the ring.

Takagi takes the mic and says he is hurting but he feels good with the win.  The audience chants his name and applauds.  Takagi invites all challengers to face him.
