WWE ICE CREAM BARS ALREADY HITTING THE SHELVES

By Mike Johnson on 2020-02-18 15:27:00

While Good Humor had announced that the returning WWE Superstars Ice Cream bars would be hitting shelves in April, PWInsider.com has confirmed that the ice cream is already being sold at Stop N Shop stores, among other locations.  We've heard from ten different readers in the Northeast that they've found the bars on sale.  John Cena, Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch and WWE Hall of Famer Randy Savage are featured on the cookies of the sandwich.

WWE fans beseiged Good Humor demanding the return of the original WWE ice cream bar product after former WWE Champion CM Punk, as part of a storyline, demanded Vince McMahon bring them back in order to get Punk to sign a new deal in 2011.  It's taken some time, but Good Humor finally moved forward with a new WWE ice cream product, although it appears the chocolate backing of the original version has not returned.

Good Humour sent along the following details on the return of the WWE Superstars Ice Cream Bars last month:

  • Good Humor’s WWE Superstars Cookie Sandwich is a modern twist on the delicious ice cream truck favorite that fans have been craving for years!
  • Each cookie sandwich includes a creamy vanilla base packed between two vanilla wafers – and features one of four favorite WWE Superstars to start: John Cena, Becky Lynch, Roman Reigns, and “Macho Man” Randy Savage.
  • Good Humor WWE Superstars Cookie Sandwiches will be available for a suggested retail price of $3.00-5.29 starting in April 2020 in major retailers and ice cream trucks nationwide.
  • We love the joy and fandom that our tasty WWE treats have inspired over the years! Good Humor is looking forward to sharing more with fans at WWE WrestleMania 36 this April.

So, while the official rollout and marketing will be tied to WrestleMania, the ice cream bars are already hitting stories.
