My God, what is going on with Jim Cornette and Dave Meltzer on Twitter?  I thought they were friends.  What is your take on their feud, it's one of the nastiest I have ever seen.

I don’t have much to say about it other than I am shocked to see two former friends get this nasty, in public no less, and it’s like watching a train wreck.

Not denying his abilities, but what does adding a Killer Kross to an already stacked NXT roster accomplish? Presumably, NXT is a training ground but for anyone training there, there's no room to advance if veterans are taking spots on TV and network specials.

A few things here, one it keeps him away from AEW.  That means something.  But more importantly, why not sign every piece of good talent that you can sign and give them a chance?  It’s a good move to me.

What do you think of think of Cody hurting himself in storylines (tonight's whipping, unprotected chairs shots to the head etc)? If it's supposed to get someone invested in the storyline it doesn't work for me. Do you think these kinds are stunts are just being substituted for actual storytelling?

As I said yesterday, I am not a huge fan of it.  I get why people like it, it’s not them taking the beating and it’s real, for sure.  But to me, I like see wrestlers work, not shoot.  I can’t say that they didn’t actually tell a story because they did, it made those fans hate MJF even more.  But to me, I would rather see a story that doesn’t involve an actual, legitimate beat down.  But again, I completely understand why people like it, and clearly it’s what Cody wants to do.  Personally, I think he is a great wrestler and an excellent promo so he doesn’t need to go to those lengths but he obviously doesn’t agree with me. He seems to like doing things like the unprotected chairshot from Tye Dillinger and it’s his choice to do so.

Hey Dave, I saw your recent response as to what WWE uploading the alternate footage of Edge's return meant. I myself have a different theory to run by you. Is it possible in this age where views and ad revenue drive business that WWE is intentionally blowing these big spots(AJ, Edge) live so they can drive views to the "alternate angle" footage on social media and on Youtube (AJ garnered over 8 million views, Edge already over 10 million) where those views generate ad rev for the company?

I don’t think there is any way that would be the case.  WWE prides itself on its great production and remember, they want people who pay for the Network to have a great experience.  They don’t want them to have to go to YouTube to see things that they missed on the PPVs.

Fans singing Jericho's theme? Can it get any better for a wrestler?

That is awesome for him, it really is.  I know some people say that Kenny Omega is THE star of AEW but that just isn’t the case.  Jericho is their stud.
