After a promo for the "Bellas Podcast", we get the customary open from Big E, Kofi, and Xavier. This leads to the boys, discussing Big E sounding like Randy Savage a little. This leads Xavier to bring up Kofi's "Stone Cold" Steve Austin impression done during a pre-taped segment celebrating the iconic King of the Ring 96 promo. Kingston obliges mimicking the Texas Rattlesnake. Woods then transitions into talking the Christmas gifts , the New Day gave each other over the holiday. Xavier talks about the gift for Kofi which Big E doesn't want any credit for it was all Xavier. Woods wants to make sure to establish that he doesn't hate Christmas as the Christmas episode may show. Big E talks about the gift he received which is a 1 foot Steve Urkel doll from the 90s that has a pull string when drawn recites his popular catchphrases from "Family Matters.". E reveals that he had the doll back in the day after his family initially got him a Beetlejuice toy.
The big man stated The Ghost With the Most actually scared him. Big E says he wasn't really a fan of the movie but he did watch the animated series. Then we move on to Kofi's gift from Xavier, which was something that was supposed to celebrate Kingston's love of the game of football. An Atlanta Falcons jersey. Kofi Kingston a longtime New England Patriots fan. It's not really amused by the gift. The men discuss the reasoning behind the gift they came from a wager regarding Super Bowl LI between the Falcons and the Patriots. The former WWE Champion discusses his angry reaction at the beginning of the game where Atlanta had taken an early lead, the men were streaming on YouTube. This would later be turned into a GIF and spread all over the Internet. The NFL would actually use it in a video package looking at the reactions of that year's Super Bowl. Kingston expresses a little frustration comparing Big E's gift given with care from his childhood and his gift from. Xavier, which was given out of a need to get under Kofi's skin. Kofi expresses the desire to see a young Big E on the playground with the Urkel toy adorned in suspenders.

We then transition from that in the introduction of our first podcast guest, Big E's former college roommate from the University of Iowa, one of the closest people to him on Earth, his given name is Rashad Dunn a.k.a. Big Juicy. Big Juicy says the podcast has been hijacked it is no longer "Feel the Power" it is " Big Juicy and the Boys" "a.k.a. " Freshly Squeezed”. Rashad says that Big E will be the only one to actually try and squeeze him. Xavier and Kofi say they have no interest in doing so. Big E begins telling a story of Big Juicy coming into his room and wanting to tussle with him. Dunn says that the encounter was weird as the men were not touching kind of people. But he just felt the urge. It wasn't without consequence at the next day he felt it in his collarbone. Big E was not amused by the incident. He then revealed Big Juicy was bodyslammed by the big man and that's what caused the damage because he wouldn't be left alone. Dunn also talks about the first meeting. Big E in college and asking whether what junior-college he attended. Big E responded by saying he did not attend junior college.
After a quick ad break, the stories continue of Big E during his college years with Big Juicy recounting how the large muscle man would hold court in the weight room and how no one ever called him by his actual first name Ettore, just Big E. Dunn says that Big E was called The Myth due his large muscled exterior and he would have all the extra gym time, But they began to get to know one another and then lived together. Big Juicy states about how cheap Big E is. He discusses the 93 Geo Metro that Big E drove that very large dudes tried to fit in. Rashad discusses ripping off the door handle from the car and Big E giving him the silent treatment. Dunn talks about E dancing while imbibing spirits. This leads to a discussion regarding clothes being baggy in the early 2000's. This leads to Kofi talking about going to his closet and finding all these baggy jeans and now all he wears is tight skinny jeans. Kingston discusses having to buy dress pants and finding it a little weird. Xavier tells the story of Kofi watching The New Day track suits making the sweatpants stick to Xavier's leg. Woods then asks to hear a story about Big E from Rashad. Dunn talks about a time where he was looking for Big E in their split-level home and found the big man in another roommates room using his computer for masturbation purposes. Big E was mortified. E attempted to explain himself saying he had urges but Big Juicy didn't really care to listen. He just wanted to get away from the awkward situation. Apparently, this wasn't the only time that Big E had done this. When asked more about the situation and doing it Big E said he kept it clean. And up until this point the other roommate had never heard about Big E's escapades.
After transition. Xavier continues the chronological tale of the New Day, picking the story up talking about the trio feuding with Gallows and Anderson, and dealing with Big E's testicles. Big E discusses the weirdness of the whole angle dealing with "ringpostitis" which also featured Jon Stewart at Summerslam. He also recounts selling the angle during the tour of Australia never wrestling, just doing the customary intro to distract Gallows and Anderson. The guys also discuss the weird vignettes with Dana Brooke as the nurse stating that they weren't sure what was really going on. Big E also mentions a conversation with Michael Hayes in which the creative team member was frustrated about Gallows and Anderson not really being as aggressive as the company wanted. Big E responded by saying that with an angle like this, how could you expect them to be? The guys also discuss when E decided to drink the brine that housed the testicles a.k.a. eggs. Kingston and Woods called it downright disgusting as they could not believe what was going on. They ask Big E what it tasted like, he stated salty water. He was confused about why it couldn't have been regular water. Kofi and Xavier joke that Big E left his testicles behind just drinking the water. He says he was trying to get the power back. They asked him if he was proud of it. He said no. They ask did he save his testicles. He says no he has had them replaced. Then they talk about their first feud with The Bar. The group call Cesaro an honorary member of The New Day as the Swiss Superman has been around for any pivotal moment. The guys also discuss their feud with the Vaudevillians and Big E's noise that mimicked their theme song and Enzo and Cass viewing party. That, unfortunately, featured the scary injury at the Payback pay-per-view where Enzo got knocked out. Xavier says he's glad Amore was okay.
The guys hear another story from Juicy regarding Big E's love of the movie " Hitch and what their favorite movie of all time is. Big E mentions that the while playing video games on the Nintendo Wii, he created a hole in the wall of their apartment, Kofi then bringing up the time he hit AJ Lee while walking out of the ring as his arms were swinging back. Big E says he wasn't used to having people around him during his entrance as he did it in NXT.
Next week, the boys will be dipping into the mail back for the first time.
