ROH TOUTS ANGELINA LOVE VS. MARIA MANIC FOR FINAL BATTLE

Ring of Honor announced the following:

'MANEATER' MARIA MANIC MAKES IN-RING DEBUT AGAINST ANGELINA LOVE AT FINAL BATTLE

“The Maneater” Maria Manic will make her much-anticipated in-ring debut for Women of Honor when she faces former WOH World Champion Angelina Love of The Allure at the Final Battle pay-per-view on Dec. 13.

Manic’s first match will take place at UMBC Event Center in Baltimore, the place where the powerhouse first stormed onto the scene in Ring of Honor. After The Allure (Love and Mandy Leon) scored a controversial victory in a tag match at the Best in the World pay-per-view in June, Manic came down to the ring and The Allure quickly exited. When several members of security tried to get Manic to leave, she effortlessly tossed the men around the ring and left them lying.

Over the next several months, Manic continued to destroy security members, male and female wrestlers and a ring announcer. She and The Allure crossed paths on multiple occasions, with their most recent encounter taking place at ROH Unauthorized last month. As Love began to address the crowd, Manic came out and backed her into a corner.

“At Final Battle, you’re dead, bitch!” Manic told Love, who was visibly shaken.

The Allure has wreaked havoc in WOH ever since their shocking debut at G1 Supercard at Madison Square Garden last April. In September, Love made good on her vow to win the WOH World Title, but she lost it two weeks later thanks in large part to Manic thwarting interference from Leon.

Love, a seven-time world champion, has beaten some of the biggest stars in the sport, but she has never faced a force of nature such as Manic. What will happen when “The Badass” of The Allure and “The Maneater” collide?
