JACOB FATU VS. ROSS VON ERICH & MORE: MLW FUSION THANKSGIVING SPECIAL REPORT

We begin with an old fashioned Thanksgiving video that is interrupted by Contra Unit.  Josef Samael says America is a country built on phony traditions, unapologetically arrogant.  They worship false idols like the Von Erichs. Contra invites you to sit around your televisions and witness the end of a new hope.  America, say goodbye to Ross Von Erich.

We are in Orlando, Florida and your announcers are AJ Kirsch and Rich Bocchini.

We see the footage to explain why Ross Von Erich is fighting Jacob Fatu instead of Marshall Von Erich for the MLW World Championship.

Jordan Oliver takes the mic before the opening match.  Jordan says he hears Thanksgiving is coming up and he wishes Kotto and Myron a Happy Thanksgiving.  Kotto says they don’t like Thanksgiving or you. Jordan says he doesn’t usually like Thanksgiving but he feels hungry.  Myron says Gringo Loco isn’t missing any meals. Jordan says he is hungry for some money and for some justice.

Match Number One:  Jordan Oliver and Kotto Brazil (with Myron Reed) versus Gringo Loco and Zenshi in a Survivor Team Rules Match

The referee sends Myron Reed to the back when the match starts.  Loco with a punch to Oliver and Zenshi sends Oliver to the mat. Brazil is sent to the floor.  Zenshi slams Oliver and hits a slingshot splash. Loco tags in and they hit a double spinebuster and then they roll Oliver through to the mat.  Loco with a split legged moonsault for a near fall. Zenshi throws Brazil over the top rope to the floor.

Zenshi goes to the apron and has a kick blocked but Zenshi with a handstand and leg sweep to Oliver.  Oliver rolls to the floor and Zenshi teases a dive. Loco does not tease anything and hits a flip dive onto Brazil and Oliver.  Zenshi with a slingshot hesitation splash to Oliver. Loco with a slam and he follows with a cartwheel into a moonsault for a near fall.  Loco with a chop to Oliver.

Brazil with a forearm to the back and he tags in.  Brazil with a lungblower to Loco for a near fall. Brazil with a forearm to the back of the head.  Brazil with a camel clutch and chin lock. Loco with punches and a kick to the leg. Brazil springboards over Loco and then slides to the floor and trips Loco.  Oliver with an elbow drop. Oliver assists Brazil with a springboard 450 for a near fall.  

Brazil with a suplex for a near fall.  Zenshi hits Brazil from the apron and Loco avoids a cutter.  Oliver with a waist lock and Loco with an elbow. Loco rolls through to make the tag.  Zenshi with a 450 clothesline to Brazil and then he hits a leaping cutter to Oliver. Zenshi with a kick to Brazil and then he hits an enzuigiri to Oliver.  Zenshi and Oliver exchange forearms. Zenshi with a handspring double heel kick followed by a double shooting star press. Zenshi with a 450 splash and Loco with a swanton to Brazil for a near fall.  

Loco puts Brazil in the corner and tags in Zenshi.  Zenshi goes up top for a sommersault Coast to Coast for a near fall.  Oliver kicks Loco off the apron. Oliver with chops and he runs into a boot.  Brazil with a clothesline and Oliver with a kick. Brazil with a Shiranui for the three count.

Zenshi Eliminated

Loco with a kick to Oliver and then to Brazil.  Loco with a tombstone piledriver to pin Brazil.

Kotto Brazil Eliminated

Oliver with forearms to Loco.  Loco with a Michinoku Driver for a near fall.  Loco gets Oliver up and then Oliver falls to the mat with a leg injury.  The referee checks on Oliver and Myron Reed sneaks to the ring and punches Loco.  Oliver with a cutter off the turnbuckles for the three count.

Winners:  Jordan Oliver and Kotto Brazil

We go back to photos of the last time a Von Erich wrestled for a World Title when Kerry faced Ric Flair.

King Mo says he has arrived in MLW, but he has to wrestle on Thanksgiving and against Ricky Martinez?

We go to commercial.

We are back and Kaci Lennox is looking for Priscilla Kelly.

Priscilla attacks Kaci from behind and then she punches Kaci.  Priscilla gives Kaci the mandible claw. Priscilla goes after the camera man before returning to attacking Kaci.

We go to a video package for King Mo.

Match Number Two:  King Mo versus Ricky Martinez

Martinez has some words for Mo and then he connects with a back heel kick and a kick to the chest.  Martinez with a jumping neck breaker. Martinez with kicks. Mo with a take down and he goes for a heel hook but Martinez gets to the ropes.  Martinez drops Mo onto the top rope and Martinez comes off the turnbuckles and is met with a spear.

Mo with a splash into the corner followed by a Doctor Bomb and heel hook.  Martinez taps out.

Winner:  King Mo

We take a look back at last week’s Falls Count Anywhere Match between Mance Warner and Jimmy Havoc.

Mance Warner has a message for Jimmy Havoc.  He says there are certain people you don’t want to mess with.  Mance is one of those people. It will get through your head and you will realize.  Mance says he does not have matches, he fights. Mance says he won but you came after me with a fork.  

Mance says he does not forgive anybody.  You have pissed him off. He says he does not forget a damn thing.  It is an eye for an eye.  

We have a video package for MLW World Champion Jacob Fatu.  

We go to commercial.

We are back and next week we will have a Battle Royal.

We are told that Salina de la Renta will return to Fusion next week.

We go to the Dynasty.

Maxwell is on his phone and he talks about Thanksgiving.  Richard says it was weird to have Maxwell eat over Face Time.  Hammerstone asks if they are ready for the gift. Hammerstone shows them the gift and it is Brogan, the new destroyer for The Dynasty.  Hammerstone says he is in the battle royal next week.

Tom Lawlor checks on Ross Von Erich to see if he is ready for his match.  He says Ross is going to get the gold back. Tom tells Ross that when he brought Ross and his brother in, they said they would have his back so he will be there for Ross tonight.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Three:  Jacob Fatu (with Josef Samael) versus Ross Von Erich (with Tom Lawlor) for the MLW World Championship

They lock up and Fatu backs Ross into the corner and pie faces him.  They lock up again and Fatu swings Ross around and sends him to the mat.  Ross with forearms to Fatu and a drop kick. Roos lands on his feet when Fatu tries for a hip toss.  Fatu with a palm thrust to the throat. Fatu with a head butt. Fatu misses a back senton and then goes for a Bronco Buster but misses.  Ross with a cannonball into the corner.

Ross gets a near fall and is sent to the floor.  Fatu with a thrust kick to knock Ross off the apron.  Fatu with a punch. Fatu with a head butt and another palm thrust.  Fatu with an Irish whip and clothesline. Fatu with an Irish whip and splash into the corner.  Fatu with a boot to the midsection. Ross with kicks to the chest but Fatu blocks a kick and connects with a head butt.  Samael punches Ross when Ross is on the apron and then Fatu bites the hand.

Fatu with a punch and chop.  Fatu sends Ross into the apron.  They return to the ring and Fatu applies a nerve hold.  Ross gets to his feet and he stomps on the foot. Fatu with a back elbow.  Fatu returns to the nerve hold. Ross with elbows and he goes for a cross body but Fatu catches Ross and hits a Doctor Bomb for a near fall.  Both men go for cross body presses and both men go down. Ross with a forearm and drop kicks but Fatu stays on his feet. Ross with Slingblade and he hits a second one.  Ross goes to the turnbuckles and hits a missile drop kick.  

Fatu is sent to the floor and Ross hits a suicide dive.  Ross sends Fatu back into the ring. Ross goes for the claw but Fatu gets Ross up for a power bomb.  Ross counters with a claw. Both men go over the top rope to the floor. Fatu with a punch and then he sends Ross into the chairs.  Fatu with more punches and a chop. Fatu winds up to chop Ross against the ring post but Ross moves and Fatu chops the ring post. Fatu with a hip to Ross and Ross bumps into the referee and he goes down.  Fatu with a suplex into the turnbuckles.  

Fatu checks on the referee and then punches the referee.  Fatu with a running hip strike on the referee in the corner.  Fatu with a pop up Samoan drop and then he hits a handspring moonsault but the referee is still out.  Ross struggles to get back to his feet and he avoids a splash attempt from Fatu. Ross with a cross body and Samael brings a chair into the ring.  Ross drop kicks the chair into Samael. Lawlor picks up the chair and he winds up and hits Ross with the chair. Lawlor throws the chair down and tells Fatu and Samael that he is not a fan of them or the Von Erichs.  

Lawlor leaves the ring and Fatu with a double jump moonsault for the three count.

Winner:  Jacob Fatu (retains Championship)
