Stone Cold Steve Austin

Stone Cold Steve Austin is a former WWE professional wrestler. The Texan began his wrestling career in 1989 when he joined the World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW). At the same time, Austin enrolled in the wrestling school established by Christoper “Gentleman” Adams. Austin learned a lot from Adams, professional wrestler, trainer, and promoter. Austin's wrestling career came to an end in 2003 but he routinely appears on WWE broadcasts.

Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels is a former WWE wrestler. Michaels began his wrestling career in 1984. His trainer, Jose Lothario, a Mexican professional wrestler, taught Michaels how to perform in the ring. He finally landed a position with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) and debuted in October 1984. 

Michaels went on to wrestle for the World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW). He teamed up with the American professional wrestler, Marty Jannetty, to take on the Battens at the NWA Central States Tag Team Championship in the 80s. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson

Dwayne Johnson is known for his charisma, charm, and amazing wrestling abilities. Johnson has an extensive career in various industries. He played gridiron football from 1990 to 1995 and became a professional wrestler in 1996. In 2004, John announced he would no longer be wrestling but eventually returned to the sport in 2011.

Johnson played defensive tackle for the University of Miami on a full scholarship. He was picked to join the Miami Hurricanes' national championship team in 1991. After graduating in 1995, Johnson signed up to play football for the Canadian Football League.

Johnson entered the professional wrestling world in 1996 when he signed on with the WWF. In his debut with the WWF, he utilized the ring name, “Rocky Maivia”, of his father and grandfather. It didn't take long for McMahon to see how talented Johnson was, so he asked him to join the entourage of Marc Mero on the Monday Night Raw in November 1996. 

Johnson's wrestling career came to an end in 2019. He is currently an actor with a net worth of more than $220 million.

Hulk Hogan

Hulk Hogan is one of the most notable professional wrestlers of all time. Hogan began his wrestling career in 1977 with the CWF in August 1977 in Fort Myers, Florida. Hogan's debut was against Brian Blair, a former WWF professional wrestler. After leaving the CWF, Hogan joined up with Whitey Bridges to open a wrestling gym in Cocoa Beach. 

Hogan went on to wrestle for the WWF. His first match was against Harry Valdez, which debuted on November 17, 1997. Hogan's wrestling career came to an end in 2012. He has since appeared in several movies and sitcoms. He acting career came to an end in 2015.

WWE

WWE is one of the most popular professional wrestling organizations in the world. It has been reported that the organization is worth more than $5 billion. The organization is headed by Vince McMahon who shows no mercy for his wrestler. McMahon is not one to shy away from a confrontation. McMahon has been attacked multiple times in and out of the ring. When he was 72 years of age, he was headbutted by the famous wrestler Kevin Owens. McMahon was transported to the local hospital for treatment.

Summary

WWE never lacks viewers when broadcasting on national TV. The organization reported approximately 5.9 million people tuned in to watch RAW in 2000. Unfortunately, these numbers have dropped by more than two million but the organization shows no signs of slowing down any time soon. Thousands of fans flock into the stadium every chance they get to watch their favorite wrestlers battle it out in the ring.
