ROH Champion RUSH will defend his championship against PCO in the main event of the 2019 Final Battle PPV on Friday 12/13 at UMBC Event Center in Baltimore, Maryland. PCO defeated Marty Scurll earlier tonight in a tournament final at Glory by Honor to earn the title match.
This will be the first time Final Battle, considered the biggest day of ROH's calendar dating back to 2002, has been staged in Charm City, the home market for Ring of Honor.
The show has mostly been staged in the New York City market over the last decade, with the exception of Philadelphia hosting the show in 2015. Philly also hosted the first three Final Battle events, while New Jersey has hosted the event once.
