There was an issue with the WWE Network tonight at 9 PM, apparently caused by the surge of subscribers trying to log in to watch the second hour of WWE NXT. I can only speak for my own experience but it took 27 minutes for me to actually get the live stream to work and I was already signed into the service. So, I missed everything on the Network hour until Lio Rush vs. Oney Lorcan and based on social media, it appears others had the same timeline.
WWE NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler vs. Candice LaRae has been officially announced for the 10/2 WWE NXT broadcast.
Lio Rush officially returned to WWE NXT tonight. Returning to WWE NXT has been the plan for Rush since last April/May when he was pulled from the main roster. Rush defeated Oney Lorcan to become the top contender for the Cruiserweight Championship, so we'll be seeing a lot more of him soon.
Roderick Strong captured the WWE North American Championship from Velveteen Dream in hour one in a great match..
Kona Reeves was busted open hardway and needed stitches after his dark match with Damien Priest. He is being checked for a concussion as a medical precaution we are told.
