WWE had Shane McMahon announce that Kevin Owens would be performing on this weekend's international tour dates and their return to Hawaii due to the nature of his "lawsuit" over Owens' firing:
While considering a resolution to this ludicrous lawsuit, I will allow @FightOwensFight to perform on @WWE’s upcoming tour of The Philippines, China, and Honolulu, Hawaii.

That pretty much means that Owens will be appearing regularly for the Smackdown brand going forward as the storyline plays out.
In regard to potentially appearing on NXT tonight on the USA Network, Owens lives in Orlando but we have not been told he's been seen at the taping thus far.
There was an expectation within the company last week that they would continue to play out the storyline firing with an NXT appearance, but given that Owens was right back on TV, I personally am not as certain as I was previously as one would think he'd need to be traveling already for the international live events.
