GCW presents “Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 2” results from Atlantic City, New Jersey at The Showboat and live on FITE: https://www.fite.tv/watch/gcw-josh-barnett-blood-sport-ii/2ozpu/

Preshow-

Matt Makowski vs. Rory Gulak

Makowski wins by KO.

Sumie Sakai vs. Lindsay Snow

Sakai got the win with an armbar submission. This was the first ever women’s Bloodsport match. At one point Sakai locked in a standing choke submission hold and Snow powered out and turned it into a brainbuster.

Main Card-

They opened the show with the ring announcer bringing all of the competitors to the ring with official introductions to the crowd.

Josh Barnett spoke to the crowd briefly and thanked everyone for being there and watching at home. He said they have the baddest men and women on the card who are not there for art. They are there to wrestle.

Emil Jay is the play by play announcer.

Anthony Henry vs. Zachary Wentz

Henry wins by Triangle Choke submission.

Erik Hammer vs. JR Kratos

Hammer by submission with side choke.

Nicole Savoy vs. Allysin Kay

Kay wins by KO after a series of elbows to the face while in a grounded position. Good bout. Savoy showed her variety of suplexes on display in the match.

Anthony Carelli vs. Simon Grimm

Carelli aka Santino Marellla won with an armbar submission. Carelli has a long background in judo and he showed a lot of fierceness and explosiveness in this. He is not like his Santino Marella comedy character in WWE but fans have seen him typecast as that. The crowd absolutely hated Grimm.

Timothy Thatcher vs. Ikuhisa Minowa

Thatcher win by neck crank submission tap out.

Intermission

Davey Boy Smith, Jr. vs. Filthy Tom Lawlor

Smith won by KO after a big Liger Bomb in a good one. They shook hands and hugged after. Smith gave him a British Bulldog powerslam during the match. Lawlor gave him a running clothesline and it knocked both of them to the floor. Lawlor rolled him back in the ring ring and unloaded on him with kicks to the chest. They traded forearms. Smith gave him a back suplex. Fans tossed streamers in after.

Killer Kross vs. Nick Gage

Both guys were over with the crowd but Gage was super over as the home area guy only an hour away from AC.

Kross won by controversial choke submission as the referee stopped it but Gage didn’t tap out.

After the match, Kross got on the mic. He said he loved this business and challenged Batista to a match. He said Batista should give us what we want.

Josh Barnett vs. Chris Dickinson

Barnett gets the KO win after a gut wrench powerbomb and a kick to the jaw.

After the match, Dickinson got on the mic and thanked Barnett for the match and for having his name on the Bloodsport concept. He said it was a honor to face him. They shook hands and hugged.

Barnett got on the mic and thanked everyone again for coming and watching at home. He got the crowd to chant for Dickinson. He said these events were not a “one-off” and there will be more. It sounded like a fan shouted “F*** Moxley”. Barnett heard it and said that Moxley would be back in Bloodsport in the future, and if “That Office” (aka AEW) tries to put a stop to it, the fans need to let them know about it. He said Bloodsport will mean the best professional wrestling in the world.
