COMPLETE MLW WAR CHAMBER RESULTS (SPOILERS)

By Jeremiah Evans on 2019-09-07 20:45:00

The show looks to be sold out.  I spoke with fans who flew in from Louisiana for the show.

*The Spirit Squad defeated ‘Dirty’ Andy Dalton (who got a huge reaction) and a guy who’s name I missed.

*Dominic Garrini defeated Ariel Dominguez in about two minutes. Had a quick promo after.

*Salina de la Renta announced that LA Park would cash in his title shot at the 11/2 PPV against Jacob Fatu.

*Leo Brien of the Dirty Blondes defeated Brandon(?)  Banks  Lots of squashes early.

*Gringo Loco & Airwolf  defeated ‘Injustice’ Myron Reed & Kotto Brazil, with Jordan Oliver. Injustice kept attacking referees after.

*Austin Aries pinned Brian Pillman Jr. with a brainbuster.  Good stuff.

*In a Bunkhouse Match, Mance Werner defeared Jimmy Havoc.  Lots of fun.  Crowd has really gotten into the last two matches.

*MLW awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award to the late Gary Hart, with his son Jason accepting in his honor.

*Timothy Thatcher forced Douglas James to submit in his MLW debut.  Thatcher cut a promo after putting over James and offered to train with him in California.

*Mega Danger defeated Ace Austin.

*LA Park & Hijo del LA Park defeated Magnus & Septimo Dragon  LOTS OF FUN.  crowd loved this.

*Jordan Oliver defeated Zenshi.  this was “bowling shoe ugly” as JR would say.  Injustice attacked officials again afterwards and Gringo Loco made the save.

*MLW Tag Team Champions The Dynasty defeated The Hart Foundation in  a Best of Three Falls match.  The Dynasty took the first fall on Smith, then Teddy pinned MJF in the second.  Austin Aries jumped the rail and hit a nasty brainbuster on Teddy Hart on the apron, setting up Hart to be counted out.  Looks like Aries vs. Hart at the 11/2 PPV.

*The Von Erichs & Low Ki & Tom Lawlor with Kevin Von Erich defeated CONTRA Unit in the War Chamber match (single cage War Games basically, with the top of the cage threaded in barbed wire.) The Von Erichs used the Doomsday Device Iron Claw on Simon Gotch for the pin.  Kevin Von Erich prevented a masked intruder from interfering with the Iron Claw to a thunderous pop.  A fun bloody brawl with a hot Texas crowd the entire time.  Jacob Fatu shined and came off like a monster.  Kevin obviously was treated like the legend he is.  Dallas still loves their Von Erichs.   He was great coaching the time through the cage from he outside, having a fun exchange with Samuel at one point.   After the  match, Low Ki stayed back and took photos with every single fan at ringside who wanted one…super classy.

They announced a return to Dallas for "Zero Hour” MLW Fusion TV Taping on January 11, 2020.
