Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch were not at tonight's Raw as they are currently on vacation, which is the reason the Raw loop last weekend and this coming weekend were canceled. The segment backstage with Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman was filmed last week and inserted into tonight's show.
Lynch did respond to Sasha Banks' Raw promo via Twitter:

One source noted that the Raw taping tonight was one of the smoothest running shows in several weeks with very little changes beyond a planned Viking Raiders squash that was dropped in order to add them to the Tag Team Gauntlet.
We heard praise from several talents about how hard Tucker Knight of Heavy Machiney has worked to drop weight and get in better shape.
A number of talents from Louisiana's Wildkat Wrestling were backstage at tonight's TV working as extras.
Talents from Louisiana's Elev8 Pro Wrestling were also working as extras. WWE brought in their talents for the second time for this week's TV.
Taped for this week's Main Event was Dana Brooke vs. Lacey Evans and Heath Slater & Titus O'Neil vs. Mojo Rawley & Eric Young. The episode will debut this Friday on Hulu and internationally.
Although he claimed local flooding had kept him from Raw, Drake Maverick was backstage. I thought his social media excuse was a really clever way to push his character without appearing.
Announced for next week's Raw in Baltimore, Maryland is the return of Rey Mysterio as well as Quarter-Final matches for the King of the Ring Tournament featuring Samoa Joe vs. Ricochet and Cedric Alexander vs. Baron Corbin.
I meant to mention this last week, but forgot in all my travel woes - AWA legend and former WWE developmental official Greg Gagne was backstage visiting at last week's St. Paul, Minnesota Raw taping.
