Don't you think it's messed up that NXT is going to run opposite of AEW?
No. Remember, AEW landed on the same night WWE NXT has been running for at least five years, perhaps longer. AEW had every right to land on Wednesday, especially since that was likely a TNT call. WWE had every right to react to AEW landing on Wednesdays. I don't think it's messed up that AEW landed where they did, either. To me, competition is a good thing and if we are lucky, everyone draws a good rating and we have four more hours of great wrestling to watch weekly. But, one side shouldn't make it easier for the other. That's not how business works. How it works is that you, as a business owner, put out the best product you can and the market bears whether they want it vs. the similar products out there. To me, this is an exciting time.
Where do you hope LAX ends up?
Honestly, I know that each of them have a family, but my hope is they sign wherever they are going to make the most money so they can put their kids in a great college. To me, that's the most important part of this equation - that they get the most out of wherever they land.
You mentioned in the Q/A that the match HHH had with Mick Foley legitimized him. I believe this to be true for both Randy Orton and Edge. My question is who in your opinion isthe current WWE or pro wrestling his the Mick Foley type who is establishes star that get's other talents? My personal choice is Daniel Bryan.
It CERTAINLY was true for Randy Orton, but I think Edge was made after the TLC feud with The Dudley Boyz and The Hardy Boyz. I would say Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns help legitimaze names in 2019. Look at Buddy Murphy in recent weeks.
I was watching the WWE YouTube video on Ringside Charlie and he says he attended every Wrestlemania. Has he attended every Summerslam?
He has not.
