LAX, Santana and Ortiz, officially said goodbye to Impact Wrestling, which they finished up with on Friday evening with the following social media post:
"Last night we wrestled our final match with @impactwrestling. Our appreciation and gratitude for every single person there who had a hand in helping us get to this point, is absolutely endless. THANK YOU for the opportunity to show the world our passion and commitment to this business. And most of all, for the opportunity to represent our people and culture on a big stage. We are forever grateful. #ThankYouIMPACT"
The duo's contract with Impact officially expires shortly.
AEW and WWE have both expressed interest in signing the NYC duo. Impact Wrestling had been pursuing LAX to lock them into a new long-term deal, offering what one Impact source deemed "top singles star money per talent" but were unable to come to terms.
