Viceland has renewed Dark Side of the Ring for a ten epsiode second season, PWInsider.com has confirmed. An announcement of the renewal is expected within the next week.
Work is already underway on the second season, which will include an episode on the late Dino Bravo that had been originally planned for season one before they cut down the season.
The series is produced by Evan Husney and directed by Jason Eisener ("Hobo with a Shotgun").
The first season featured documentary examinations of the late Gino Hernandez, The Von Erichs, The Montreal Screwjob, Randy Savage and Elizabeth and more.
