Officially set for the 8/10 WWE NXT Takeover: Toronto event at the The Scotiabank Arena is NXT Champion Adam Cole vs. Jonnny Gargano in a Best of Three Falls match.

Gargano and Cole will each pick one fall.

If the match goes to a third fall, William Regal will decree the stipulation.
