Which show did you like better, Fight For The Fallen or EVOLVE 10 Year Anniversary?
I enjoyed EVOLVE more. Everyone worked hard on both shows, but the storytelling on EVOLVE was much better than it was on AEW. I am a big fan of the characters and the storylines. They make a match better for me.
I know you recently signed up for New Japan World. What are you thoughts so far?
I am really enjoying it. Obviously G1 time is a great one to come back to watching New Japan. The irony is that when I started writing for Chairshots many moons ago, my beat was Japan and Mexico. I have come full circle and gone back to my roots.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the champion supposed to come out last? I can't remember the last time I saw the champ come out last. To me, this shows a lack of respect towards the title. What do you think?
In my mind, the Champ should always come out last as a sign of respect. But bookers don't always agree with us.
I gotta ask, is there anyone ballsier than Shottzi Blackheart?
There may be but man, she is one tough wrestler. Her match at EVOLVE was crazy wild!
I saw how bad the guys were sweating at the 2300 Arena. Is that how bad it was back in the ECW days?
Actually, it's way better now. They have much better Air Conditioning in the building now than they did then. But still, it's always been a sweatbox. It's part of its charm.
