Gio vs. Wrestling Ball Legursky

Legursky controlled early on with power but Gio kept kicking out and came back with several kicks to the chest.  Legursky worked over Gio in the corner with punches but Gio caught him with a powerbomb out of the corner and scored the pin.

Your winner, Gio!

A good, solid back and forth match.

Clayton Gainz (with a Double Dupree) vs. Trey Miguel vs. Bull James vs. JXT

Gainz mouthed off to Bull, who slapped him down.  Trey and JXT whipped James into the corner on Gainz, then nailed Bull with a double dropkick.  Trey hit a dive to the outside on Gainz. The Dupree interfered, choking someone and was thrown out of the match by the referee.   JTX hit a springboard bodypress on Miguel for a two count, Bull charged through JTX. Bull locked on a sleeper on Gainz but Gainz dropped down with a jawbreaker,  Trey came off the top and nailed Bull, scoring the pin.

Good, athletic four way.

Bull got a big chant as he left.

Joey Ryan vs. Little Guido.

Fans threw streamers for Ryan.  Guido got a big ECW chant.

Ryan oiled himself up, so Guido did the same.

They grappled on the mat.  Guido scored a one count. Ryan tried to make Guido touch, well, it, but Guido turned it into an armdrag.  Guido went for an inverted atomic drop but hurt his knee because of the might of Ryan’s well, you know.

Ryan choked Guido against the ropes.  He nailed a big backdrop. He choked Guido against the ropes.   Ryan missed a quebrada. Guido nailed several dropkicks and came off the ropes with the Sicilian Slice for a two count.  

Ryan made Guido grab his well, you know, and flipped him.  They went back and forth with near falls. Ryan stuck a blowpop in Guido’s mouth and nailed a superkick for the pin.

Michael Elgin vs. Luchasaurus.

They locked up but neither got the better of the other.=z   They chopped each other back and forth. Elgin gained control and nailed a splash in the corner, then nailed a suplex for a near fall.  Elgin missed a splash in the corner. Luchasaurus nailed a series of kicks. Elgin nailed a back suplex for a two count. Elgin nailed a splash in the corner, but Luchasaurus came back with one of his own.  Lucha nailed a spinning knee for a two count. They had some really good back and forth strikes and kicks. Elgin missed a charge in the corner but cut off Lucha with a series of stiff kicks.

Elgin places Lucha on the top rope and nailed a superplex for a two count.   Elgin was caught with a chokeslam for a two count. Lucha escaped a tombstone attempt but was nailed with a pair of lariats for a two count.

Elgin nailed a bucklebomb and a sit-down powerbomb for the pin.

Your winner, Michael Elgin!

A good back and forth match.  Luchasaurus looked really good here and was right there with Elgin.  The strongest in-ring bout to date.

OVE vs. The Rascalz" Wentz & Dez

Lots of good, fast paced wrestling early on.  One of the Crists got into it with the referee, who shoved him down.  Dez was hit with a back suplex on the outside on the apron. OVE took control and worked over Dez, tagging in and out.  Dez tried to fight out of their corner but he was cut off. He kept kicking out.

They kept working over Dez as the crowd chanted “Let’s go Rascalz.”  Wentz finally got the got tag and nailed several suplexes and clotheslines,  He nailed a standing shooting star press for a two count. The Rascalz nailed a ton of insanely cool tag team offense and scored the pin.

Your winners, The Rascalz!.

A very enjoyable tag match mixing some old school tag psychology and new school highspots.

Sawyer Fulton hit the ring and nailed a double chokeslam on them and worked them over.  Ace Romero hit the ring and they faced off.

Ace Romero vs. Sawyer Fulton

Lots of power spots.    They were nailing big stiff shots on each other.  OVE and The Rascalz battled to the locker room.     Romero nailed a series of right hands.  He whipped Fulton into the corner but Fulton went over the top and landed on his feet.  He went to the top and came off the top but his knee connected with Romero's face and sholder in an awkward way.  Romero was rocked and went right down to the mat.  The referee checked on him and Romero got up but then went back in the corner.  The referee stopped the bout and called for a no contest.

EMTs, Tommy Dreamer and Jimmy Jacobs came out and helped Romero walk to the back.  We will update on Romero as soon as we know more.
