Gianny Sosa, 18, was arrested and charged with battery for trying to hit his High School Principal, Humberto Miret, according to The Miami Herald.
Sosa attempted to execute the move in the hallways of his high school and was arrested. His defense attorney explained to the Judge that the move couldn't be actually executed without the assistance of the other person and argued that the situation shouldn't have resulted in an arrest, and should have been taken care of within the four walls of the school. He argued that the arrest could have an effect on the rest of Sosa's life.
The Judge in the case had very little understanding on WWE and had to have the difference between WWE and amateur wrestling explained to her.
