Massachusetts-based Chaotic Wrestling has had two big changes for Cold Fury, their biggest show of the year, this Friday night.
After undergoing neck surgery last week, NXT Champion and Chaotic original Tommaso Ciampa had to cancel his spot as the special guest referee for the main event Heavyweight Title match between JT Dunn and Josh Briggs. In a make good, one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions and Chaotic original Hanson has been named as Ciampa’s replacement, although as of this writing, he will not be taking part in the main event.
For the Women’s Title match, another injury has caused a last minute change. Skylar, who was to challenge Tasha Steelz for the title, has had to pull out due to nagging injuries. In her place will be Kris Statlander, whose breakout performances with nearby Beyond Wrestling has made her a name to watch on the independent scene.
Tickets for the event, which takes place this Friday at Haverhill High School in Haverhill, MA, can be purchased at the door or at http://chaoticwrestling.com/tickets.
