With Humberto Carillo debuting Tuesday night on 205 Live, he is back to being advertised as representing the brand in WWE World's Collide at Royal Rumble AXXESS. If anyone is attending AXXESS, we are seeking reports from the tournament. Thanks to Steven Fernandes.
There is talk of adding another 1-2 new Cruisers to 205 Live, but no set timeframe as to when that may happen.
One thing that was obvious watching this week's show is that having it airing live at 10 PM following Smackdown pretty much killed the crowd reactions that the wrestlers had been getting when the show was being pre-taped before Smackdown and held over for a Wednesday night airing 24 hours later. We are told its a Vince McMahon call to have the show live, as he wants there to be live programming on the WWE Network. For the long term good of the brand, I really think the series would be better off taped, because if you compare the crowd reactions from a few weeks ago when it was taped vs. Tuesday night when it was live, it's night and day.
Next week's 205 Live will be headlined by Hideo Itami (with Ariya Daivari) vs. Kalisto vs. Akira Tozawa.
