WrestlePro has announced they will be running the Wednesday night of Wrestlemania 35 week, Wednesday 4/3/19 at the Rahway Rec Center in Rahway, NJ. The show titled Does Funny Equal Money will feature, among others Santino Marella, Colt Cabana, The BWO in the form of Blue Meanie and Mike "Nova" Bucci, KM, Fallah Bahh, Kikutaro, Team Tremendous, Allie, Rosemary, Swoggle and more. They are also debuting in Alaska on 4/20 at the Sullivan Arena in Anchorage, the first major non-WWE event in the State in 17 years. Announced thus far for the event are WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, Impact Wrestling Champion Johnny Impact, Chris Adonis (fka Chris Masters), Swoggle, Colt Cabana, KM, Fallah Bahh, Sonjay Dutt, Katarina Leigh, MJF, Taya Valkyrie, Pat Buck, Mario Bokara, Dan Maff, former ROH Pure Champion John Walters, The Heavenly Bodies, Bobby Wayward, Anthony Bowens, Matt Macintosh and more. The show will feature a meet and greet at 5 PM with belltime at 7 PM. The Mick Foley meet and greet will be capped at 250 tickets with pre-sales available now at www.WrestleProOnline.com. Luke Hawx just wrapped a role in a Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon-Levitt science fiction film for Netflix, directed by Henry Joost and Reil Schulman. He also just booked a role in a Super Bowl commercial. His promotion, Wildcat Sports, will run Christmas night in Metaire, LA. For details, click here.
There's a bit of an ECW reunion theme to the 12/15 Keystone Championship Wrestling event in Darby, PA at the Edward Bacon Rec Center. Billed as "Extreme X-Mas", the show will feature Shane Douglas vs. 2 Cold Scorpio built around it being their first singles bout in over 20 years, plus appearances by Tod Gordon, New Jack, Joel Gertner and more.
