This is the OVW Report for Wednesday, December 5, 2018. This episode can be seen on WBNA-21 in the Louisville area on Saturday at 11AM and 9PM, and online at OVW TV. In this episode, Dustin Jackson defends the OVW TV Title against Matt Vine, Crazzy Steve & Amon face off against Randall Floyd & Rocco Bellagio with their teams banned from ringside, plus more!

Pre-Show Dark Matches:
"The Void": Chace Destiny & Houdini (w/Nigel Winters) defeats Eddie Knight & Dimes. Knight takes Houdini down with a drop toehold and locks in an armbar. Dimes tags in and hits a double axehandle. Chace tags in and is hip tossed and locked into an armbar. Knight tags in and hits the arm. Chace drives Knight into his corner and tags Houdini. They double team and work him over in the corner. Nigel causes a distraction that allows the Void to unfairly double team Knight. Knight gets a hot tag. Dimes fires away on Chace and knocks Houdini off the apron. Dimes goes for the springboard elbow off the ropes, but Houdini gets back up and kicks him in the back. Chace delivers a backbreaker and tags Houdini, who flies off the top with an elbow drop for the 3.
Dapper Dan defeats "Livewire" KTD. KTD with a lot of jabs and a kick to the leg of Dan. Dan goes down, claiming to be hurt. KTD goes after him and Dan tries to kick him. KTD catches his foot, but Dan kicks him off. KTD turns back into the Death Valley Driver for the 3.
Colton Cage defeats Big D. Big D with some offense early, taking Colton down with a sidewalk slam for 2. He goes to splash Colton across the ropes, but Colton moves. Colton hits the sideburn effect, then follows it up with the scissor kick for the 3.

Josh Ashcraft, Bruce Schneider, & Dr. Ted McNaler are on commentary, and Mercy & Brittany are the ring announcers.
"The Vet" Apollo comes to the ring for a match, but Melvin Maximusfights with Adam Revolver out to ringside. Melvin beats Adam up around ringside, then Apollo asks what Melvin's doing and Melvin knocks him out of the ring. Adam sneaks up from behind and low blows Melvin. Adam grabs a chair, but Tony Vanetti runs out and grabs it away. He swings at Adam, but Adam rolls out. Tony says the last time he was here, he beat him and Shannon the "Dud" fair and square in the middle of the ring.
He wants to rid OVW of the cancer that is Adam Revolver and he will be the cure. He wants Revolver next Friday at Christmas Chaos, with his girlfriendShannon the Dude and his boy Melvin Maximus handcuffed to the cage so there is no funny business.
OVW TELEVISION TITLE MATCH: Dustin Jackson (c) defeats Matt Vine. A lot of quick offense back and forth early with both men going for a dropkick at the same time. Dustin with a forearm shot off the ropes. Vine back with a dropkick. He clotheslines Dustin in the corner and misses a second. Dustin rolls him up for 1. Vine then rolls Dustin up for 1. Vine catches him with a kick to the face for 2. They run into each other off the ropes. Vine hits a spinebuster and goes off the top rope, but Dustin gets the knees up. Dustin then goes up top and connects with the top rope splash for the 3.
"The Hernandez Brothers": Christian & Drew vs. William Lutz & Ashton Cove. Drew & Christian destroy Lutz & Cove, taking out Cove, then hitting Lutz with a 3D. They pose, then go out and grab the Nightmare Cup trophy and go to leave with it. Kings Ransom shows up and they fight with them.
Kings Ransom takes Lutz & Cove out with a sitout combo of a chokeslam and powerbomb. Two masked "luchadors" show up and try to steal the trophy, but the Kings grab them and run them into each other.
They unmask them to reveal Dave Lo & Shiloh Jonze. They lay both of them out as well, but the Hernandez Brothers take off with the trophy.
"Shotgun" Tony Gunn defeats "The Boy Wonder" Sam Thompson. Sam comes out firing away on Tony and hits an enziguri. He goes to leap off the ropes, but right into the Killshot from Tony and Tony gets the victory.
After the match, Jaylee comes out and says she should slap Brittany & Mercy right now. Brittany gets up and gets back in her face, but it's a ploy for Valerie Vermin & Cali to sneak up behind Brittany & Mercy to dump what looked like some kind of animal feces on them.
Crazzy Steve & Amon defeat "The Real Deal" Randall Floyd & Rocco Bellagio. Floyd shoulders Steve in the corner and tags Rocco. Rocco flings Steve across the ring and he tags out to Amon. Floyd tags back in and slams Amon. Amon drives him into the corner and tags Steve. Floyd fires back, but Steve hits a throat thrust. Floyd drives Steve into his corner and tags Rocco. They deliver a double hip toss. Steve slaps Rocco in the face and Rocco chases him around the ring. Floyd cuts him off, but the ref tells him to get back to his corner. Amon nails Rocco from behind. Steve works him over, but Rocco catches him in a spinebuster off the ropes. Floyd tags in and they deliver a wishbone. Floyd works on the leg. Off the ropes, Steve takes control with a hurricanrana into the ropes where Amon kicks Floyd in the head. Steve goes to throw Floyd in the corner, but Floyd delivers a Deal Breaker for 2 as Amon breaks the pin. Rocco takes Steve down with a fallaway slam, but charges at Amon and runs into the ringpost. Floyd comes back in and fights with Steve. He runs off the ropes, but gets tripped by Amon. Steve DDT's him, then they deliver their double team finisher for the 3.
Abyss comes out and says he is going to take out Shane Helms at Christmas Chaos in the Twin Chambers. He will make his kids orphans and change the meaning of a hurricane. He is going to give a sneak preview and goes to take out Bruce Schneider. Dimes, KTD, & Eddie Knight run out to help, but Abyss takes them all out. Justin Smooth & Zo run out and Abyss retreats.
This ended the TV taping.
DARK MATCH: "Kings Ransom": Leonis & Maximus Khan defeat "The Hernandez Brothers": Christian & Drew. The Kings go right after the Hernandez Brothers and throw them out of the ring. The Hernandez Brothers come back and double team Maximus in the corner. Maximus comes out of the corner with a spear and tags Leonis. Leonis takes Christian out and tags Maximus. They hit Kings Landing for the 3.
